I was satisfied with the hotel room in every aspect! I booked this hotel because I saw that there was a free airport pick-up service! After we arrived at the airport, we asked Ctrip to help us make an appointment with the hotel front desk for this pick-up service. When we were waiting for the car at the time, we were told that we had to wait. There was a car that was going to pick up the crew, so we had to wait for the next one, and they said we had to wait for 5-10 minutes. Who knew that we had to wait for 45 minutes! It was so abominable! Standing on the roadside in 7 degrees waiting! But later, Ctrip's services made up for me in every way! Overall, this hotel is still good!

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights.
PROS :-
****AIRPORT SHUTTLE (you need to book it in advance, i would suggest book it a day before)
****Nice and clean room (clean bathroom)
****BAR and Restaurant downstairs( serves some good pizza and drinks)
CONS :-
****SURPRISINGLY, UNFRIENDLY AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF( If you dont speak Italian and you call them for some information than they will just cut the call. same with email, they do not answer)
**** As soon as you check in your room, make sure to check all amenities ( mine did not had slippers and toothbrush) and they are very slow in providing stuff you need.
****Biggest problem was that the shower was getting clogged while taking a shower
Overall rating : 5/10
Will i book this hotel again ever? the answer is NO.
There are many other hotel options to explore from near the Malpensa Airport.

We recently stayed at the Dolce Milan Malpensa Hotel, and overall, it was a positive experience! The location is perfect for those with early or late flights—it’s close to the airport, and the free shuttle service is a huge convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly and resourceful, helping us with all our requests and even letting us leave our luggage after check-out, which made our travel plans so much easier.
The only downside was the challenge in getting in touch with the hotel before arrival. Thankfully, Trip.com offers a free call option to the hotel, which helped sort things out faster.
If you’re looking for a convenient airport hotel with great service and don’t mind a bit of patience with communication, I’d recommend the Dolce Milan Malpensa!
