Property Description
Cabin is designed with an open floor plan and includes a full kitchen and a living room with cathedral ceilings. Large double windows on each side of a French Door display picturesque views of Pine trees below the breast of the Quemahoning Dam. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful and relaxing. The property’s water line is fed from a natural spring water source from the mountains of PA! French doors are located on opposite ends of the Cabin; one with a view, the other with a hot tub overlooking a flowing natural water stream, both decks have stairs from ground level. The Cabin is a two story home with interior spiral stairs. It's the mountains of Pennsylvania – so in the winter months having a 4 wheel drive is a good thing! It was a very nice home. Secluded and quiet. Maybe do a little updating to some things. It was a little musty downstairs. Clean and plenty of space for our family. We were in town for family reunion.

Nice place that fit our needs We rented this property for a weekend for a family wedding. The cabin is very clean and well maintained, and well stocked with necessities. Kim was very responsive to questions. I would definitely recommend this property and property owner.

Family reunion This place is very cozy. It’s tucked away in the woods. Very quiet. The decks are awesome to relax on. It has more than enough room and privacy for all. The one a/c unit in the kitchen seems to be enough to keep the place cool and comfortable. The yards are well kept , but watch out for the poison ivy. We will be staying here again. Thank you !!

Private location with a hot tub nestled in the woods It’s nice to have the comfort of a hot tub in the woods surrounded by stars. It’s located near the Quemahoning Dam and close to Route 219 - Quiet and secluded.

Nice secluded cabin The location is great! Nicely secluded in the woods. Close to the Flight 93 Memorial. It would have been nice to stay longer, as the weather was rainy, so we didn't do a lot outside. Besides the basement area smelling a bit musty, it was a great stay. The teens loved the pool table!

Lack of amenities doesn't match the price Advertised as "secluded and private, immersed in nature" and it is; basically forgotten and completely surrounded by large trees and forest. No view of the reservoir in the description. Private gravel and dirt drive leads down a hill into a private lot. Owner was excellent at communication explaining no washing machine, 1 A/C unit (in kitchen), and the fallen tree in front yard. Improvements are needed to match the price charged: home needs more dining seating (seats only 5 but advertised as sleeps 8), broken door handle needs repair and lights need to be cleaned of bugs, plus missing over-stove light and broken kitchen table light switch. Wasp colony on deck needs to be irradicated and a broken deck board needs to be repaired. Dated furniture was kept up nicely except some outdoor chairs being rusty. A place to stay in summer for local attractions but price is too high for broken items and lack of amenities (no washer, no overhead fans in bedrooms, no bedroom A/C units and broken items).
