This place is slightly further out from the center of town. We stayed at the ground floor. There are 2 floors above us. There are times that you hear footsteps or objects being moved around. Kitchen and other amenities are good.

My first time using a timeshare but it will not be my last. I loved the thought of having a living room and kitchen. Everything worked, everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. The pool and jacuzzi were fun. Walking distance from everything. Parking is tight but we always found a spot.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is great. It is a few blocks off the main tourist area, so it is quiet. But it is easy to walk to the main streets of Solvang. The unit was in great shape. We had a 2 bedroom in building 6 on the 2nd floor. (No elevator in this building). We would recommend a second floor unit. If you are on the first floor, some units patio areas are adjacent to the parking lot, so you would have people walking by, etc. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Very friendly staff. The pool was perfect. Just the right amount of chlorine and just the right temperature. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Lovely property with great amenities. They have a large pool with several games for the lounge area. We got a 2 bedroom suite which comes with 2 bathrooms and whole kitchen. Very spacious! We really enjoyed our stay!

In a beautiful area within walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping in Solvang. It was great having a full and well stocked kitchen and bbq on the balcony. The staff were so friendly and welcoming.
