Solvang is really very cute and beautiful. I woke up early and opened the window. There was a tree of white flowers. I can't tell the name, but it was very elegant and healing. After the rain, a layer of mist covered the mountains in the distance. It was just like a fairy tale world.

The windows cannot be opened, there is no ventilation, no slippers need to be brought, and the feet are on the ground to cool them down. Of course, it seems that hotels in the whole of California don't provide slippers, but it would be nice to have a pair of non-disposable slippers. Everything else is pretty good. The hotel is not too big, but it is very well-made. The fragrance smells very good when you enter the hotel. It would be better if the facilities and equipment were more user-friendly. Anyway, it is still worth recommending.

I stayed at The Landsby for two nights in July 2025 and had a wonderful experience. The location is ideal—right in the heart of Solvang and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and wine tasting rooms. The hotel itself is stylish and modern, with a clean, well-appointed room that made for a comfortable stay. I also enjoyed breakfast at their on-site restaurant, which offered great food in a bright, welcoming space. Overall, The Landsby was a perfect base for exploring the charming town of Solvang, and I’d happily stay here again.

The Landsby's friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful design quality and central location are unmatched. There's no doubt this is the best hotel in all of Solvang. We absolutely loved our stay for our summer 2025 wedding (as did our guests) and will certainly be back!

Great boutique hotel experience right in the heart of Solvang! We had a room with a balcony, and the room was a total delight - especially due to the artwork by Rachel Brown in the room (and throughout the hotel too)! Staff were great and gave us extra bottled water and coffee when we asked!
