The trip.com app gave a message to call the hotel before checking in, when I called I asked "can I choose a room when checking in then the receptionist/operator said "yes" then when I checked in it turned out I couldn't because it was full, then I said when I called he said "you can choose" then the receptionist replied "you can only stay for 1 night" 🙂↕️😓
The reception said breakfast for 1 person, even though the room I booked was for 3 people with breakfast (it was written clearly) then they said they would call the room in the morning but there was no news 😮💨
The waiters and waitresses had good service 👍🏽
At 00 and above the entrance to the hotel is through the portal.
In the morning swimming was a bit disturbed by the presence of several men standing and/or sitting in front of the hotel.

strategic location in the middle of the city. The staff is friendly and kind. nice room atmosphere with complete facilities and amenities. Breakfast has sufficient variety and is ok. situation in the same complex as Novotel. Overall good and ok.
