I stayed here for three nights on a business trip. Unfortunately, the first night was terrible because the air conditioning in my room didn’t work at all, and the windows couldn’t be opened. I reported the issue to reception immediately after entering the room. I went down again before going to bed because it was extremely stuffy, but nothing was done. At 2:30 a.m., it became so unbearable that I went back to reception, and thankfully, a kind man from the night shift gave me a fan. At that point, I seriously considered checking out and going to another hotel in the middle of the night. It was a nightmare. In the morning, my colleagues said they had the same experience — no sleep due to the heat. I was completely exhausted the next day. Thankfully, a friendly technician came to my room later and confirmed that the AC had been completely broken, but was now fixed. Still, this kind of problem is unacceptable for a hotel of this level.

Overall, a pleasant and fun concept (wine tasting + dinner + overnight stay) with good food and wine. However, one major downside made the overall experience bad. We were scheduled for dinner at 9 PM and ended up sitting completely alone in the restaurant while the staff was busy cleaning up for the day. It felt like we were in the way, and that the staff wanted to serve all the courses as quickly as possible so they could wrap things up. We had looked forward to enjoying the four-course dinner at a relaxed pace and ending the day on a high note, but instead it felt rushed and a bit disappointing.
