Pour un voyage solo, l’hôtel fait l’affaire mais il n’est pas extraordinaire. J’y ai séjourné 5 nuits. Concernant la chambre : elle était propre et bien rangée. J’ai trouvé le lit un peu petit mais étant seule, c’était parfait pour moi. La salle de bain aussi était propre. Lise à disposition d’un sèche-cheveux. Globalement, c’était une chambre fonctionnelle. Le seule petit bémol pour moi a été les rideaux/stores cassés qui laissaient entrer la lumière dans la chambre.

On the day of our arrival, while we were travelling to Stockholm, the hotel calls to inform me that they are overbooked. We were given the choice of either staying at a different hotel in a regular room, which we declined, or stay in two different rooms during our two night stay. We chose the latter, but I wish we hadn't. We originally booked a superior room for both nights, but we were given what they called a "family room" the first night. It was the worst night I've ever had in a hotel. The room – yes, it was big, but insanely hot and right next to the reception at the same level as the street, so also incredibly noisy. And the next day we had to wait several hours for our new room. When I complained in the reception about this inconvenience, we were only offered 500 SEK compensation. We were to pay 8418 SEK for the entire stay, so I fell we were undercompensated for our terrible experience. This was the Eras Tour weekend, so problably why the prices were so high. I have also emailed the hotel, but they never replied. Steer clear if you value sleep during your hotel stay.

Like: location was good for me, close to my office, the staff was great, the room was spacious, the bed was good enough for me, the internet was fine too. Dislike: I didn't particularly enjoy the breakfast, plus I didn't really enjoy it in the room. Hard to really say why it wasn't cozy, but probably because of the view, the furniture, the design or something why the stay wasn't really that nice.
