The hotel was ideal. Room was perfect and had brilliant view. Loads if space and amenities. Staff were friendly especially reception where Cecelia was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice with plenty of variety.

Rooms are good. Services are not great for a 4 star hotel.
Room service didn’t even refill tea/coffee etc.
the shower drain was blocked and it was flooding every time you shower.
The telephone in the room was also not working.
You expect a bit more from a 4 star hotel. Especially maintenance wise.

Love the location. Reception couldn't do enough...but if you fancy a drink any time soon do not bother with the roof top tereace. Go somewhere else. Life really is too short.

Love love love this hotel Visited twice before a few years ago , they still had our details & gave us a gift The recent re furb makes the place even better,re vamped pool area with modern decking, roof top bar & sushi bar with an amazing view Can’t believe the reviews saying food is low quality & restaurant was like feeding time at the zoo! We ‘d actually commented on how relaxed the restaurant is , maybe they’d gone at peak time?? Food is amazing, as it was the previous times & the decor of the whole hotel is modern, light & spotless We were upgraded to a superior room which was v spacious with a large balcony Can’t wait to go back again. The one criticism was the younger bar manager was a bit lacking in people skills & refused to let us finish the wine we’d bought in the restaurant in the bar even tho it’s all the same hotel! He was then also ‘on patrol’, arms folded & staring when I went to take a pic of the hotel by the pool at night, perhaps he thought I might leap in fully clothed complete with phone!? 😅

Pro’s • stunning roof top bar (very expensive - €14 for a Hendricks mule) • Location is right by the beach, the harbour and restaurants, 3 min walk to tram stop • Very clean, in all areas •good aircon Cons • tiny rooms with a big lack of storage for clothes, ends up with a messy room for the stay, 2 tiny drawers. • no full length mirror… what hotel doesn’t put a mirror in the room? • shower was lovely yet did that thing where went scolding hot without warning every 30 seconds ish. • ridiculous pool opening where everyone has to queue in an anxious state to try and get a sunbed which there are no where near enough for the amount of people, there might be enough for a third of the hotel if that. They make you wait behind a rope at 9am to then try with everyone else. It’s awful. This was the biggest off put of everything. • no room available for a shower after check out which when you have a late check out was difficult • no shower in gym • water in room given on arrival only no more after that • towel change was difficult meant to be between 10-4 but 3 days running didn’t have any left at midday. Would I return? Absolutely not. Recommend Bikini Island Hotel or Hotel Daina in Pollesnsa.

Lovley Bright clean modern hotel ,rooms bright and fresh comfortable beds ..very slow servos on roof top bar ,but not staff fault not enough of them ..Lovley pool area with helpfull lifeguard.Food a definite 4 out off 10 The resort is buetifill.

We paid extra for frontline room but room was small, best with the room that over looks the pool and straight on to the port.
