…nach einigen Jahren ..nie wieder. Es wird überall gespart. Das Frühstück ist maximal drei Sterne, wenn überhaupt:( das Personal erlaubt sich während der Arbeitszeit öffentlich stehen bleiben und essen … Der Tisch platzt von der Geschirr ! Volle Probleme beim Aufräumen vom Tisch. Das Personal sollte geschult werden. Neue Gesichter… neue Probleme. Es ist traurig . Danke für die Hotel Aufenthalt bis Jahr 2025.

Sehr gemütliches Hotel mit fantastischer Lage wenn man sich nach Ruhe und Erholung sehnt. Der Skibus hält vor dem Hotel und bringt einen in 10 Minuten zum Lift. Der Service im gesamten Hotel war super, auch Extrawünsche werden gerne erfüllt. Alles super sauber und gemütlich. Kann das Hotel jedem weiter empfehlen!

Das Hotel liegt ca. 2,5km idyllisch vom Zentrum entfernt oberhalb des Dorfes. Unser Zimmer hatte ca. 30qm, war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Hotel im landestypischem Stiel mit moderner Wellnessanlage verspricht erholsame Tage. Leider hat die Küche noch Luft nach oben: die täglichen Cremesuppen waren von der Konsistenz wässrig, und man konnte die verwendeten Zutaten nicht schmecken. Die Vorspeisen waren stets kalt und waren eher kleine Proben von Zutaten. Sie verfehlten des Zweck, Appetit auf mehr zu machen. Wenn man z.Bsp. „Wiener Schnitzel“ als Hauptgericht anbietet, erwartet ein Gast in Österreich auch ein original „Wiener Schnitzel“ und kein gewöhnlich paniertes Schweineschnitzel. Noch ein Tipp: Salz- und Pfefferstreuer der 8er sind out. Es gibt kleine Mühlen mit denen man frisch und besser dosieren kann. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für die Halbpension stimmt somit nicht.

We spent a week in Söll and stayed at Hotel Alpenschlössl. The service was exemplary and professional. The hotel was traditional and comfortable. The food was all high quality and delicious, we dined for breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner most days and were never disappointed. The pool and spa amenities were great for adults and kids. Gave a nice relaxing way to spend end a day of outdoor activities. The room was spacious with a gorgeous sunrise view of the alps. The access to Skiwelt was great - the skibus stops at the hotel making skiing and going downtown seamless - just keep an eye on the schedule! We would stay again.

Posto perfetto. Soggiornato li per sfruttare uno dei più bei comprensori sciistici in austria. Personale preciso e gentile, camera in ordine e pulite. Parcheggi spaziosi. Per arrivare al comprensorio ci vogliono 5 minuti di macchina o 12 minuti di pullman.

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie , d.h. mit 12 Personen im Hotel Alpenschlössl. Von der 1. bis zur letzten Minute fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Die Seniorchefin ist die Seele des Hotels und hat keinen Wunsch unerfüllt gelassen. Sophie ist die Seele der Rezeption uns stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, einfach Klasse. Dankeschön auch dem Bedienungspersonal die zum größten Teil alles zu zweit gestimmt haben. Das Hallenbad, Sauna und alle anderen Einrichtungen wurden liebend gerne nach einem Skitag genutzt. Mein Mann feierte seinen 80. Geburtstag im Hotel und Frau Ager hat es sich nicht nehmen lassen, ein Ständchen von der Musikkapelle für ihn aufspielen zu lassen. Überhaupt die ganzen Aufmerksamkeiten waren unglaublich und so schön, daß hatten wir vorher in keinem anderen Hotel so erfahren. Vielen lieben Dank Frau Ager. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder und hoffen, Sie dann wieder zu treffen. Das einzige was wir uns gewünscht hätten, wäre ein frischer Obstsalat auf dem Frühstücksbuffet und etwas mehr Abwechslung beim Salatbuffet am Abend. Alles in Allem ein wunderbarer, familiärer , leckerer und erholsamer Urlaub. Bis bald liebe Schlösslgeister.

Wir waren für 1 Woche über Silvester zu Gast im Hotel AlpenSchlössl. Das Hotel ist ein von der Inhaberfamilie Ager mit viel Liebe und Engagement geführtes, schönes Hotel, leicht oberhalb des Ortes Söll. Das Hotel lässt für einen Erholungsurlaub, bis auf eine fehlende Möglichkeit für Sport im Haus, keine Wünsche offen. Insgesamt ist das Hotelgebäude nicht das modernste, aber das tut dem Wohlfühlsein keinen Abbruch. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top, der Service sehr umtriebig und umsichtig - alles in allem definitiv empfehlenswert!
