Accoglienza pessima, camere poco pulite e poco spaziose, cibo alquanto squallido, staff che lascia a desiderare vista la sfrontatezza da loro adottata per rapportarsi con il cliente, in particolare dallo staff del ristorante. Prezzi esorbitanti per i servizi forniti, assolutamente sconsigliato per qualsiasi tipo di soggiorno, breve o lungo che sia.

Ein wunderbares Hotel. Freundliche Leute, großzügiges Ambiente, gute Küche und schöne, renovierte Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Ich bin mit dem Bike um 21.00h nach 160 km Fahrt angekommen. Ich wurde schnell eingecheckt, das Bike wurde schnell sicher versorgt, damit ich noch ein Dinner bekam, bevor die Küche schloss. Alles gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mit allem was man wünscht bestückt. Kaffee frisch aufgebrüht oder aus der Kaffeemaschine, Wurst, Karstschinken, Käse, Früchte, alles stand zur Verfügung. Ein wunderbar schattiger Gastgarten und die ruhige Lage möchte ich noch erwähnen. Danke, so sieht gute Gastfreundschaft aus.

The location is relatively quiet. Due to the numerous annexes, access to the rooms is not always possible by elevator. The staff is very flexible. After consulting with the hotel, we, a group of 32 people, were served the breakfast buffet as early as 7:00 a.m. on Saturday morning.

When I ask for an upgrade twice and offer to pay for it and the front desk refuses it and the hotel is almost empty, I'm going to leave a bad review. Plain and simple. We paid for upgraded rooms through the entire trip and clearly someone lost the memo. The front desk told us we "were in the best upgraded room". Well, it had a physical key, other rooms had electronic key access, a view of a kids play area and a parking lot and according to the hotel map, definitely not the best they could offer. No closet, all the amenities were not included (you had to buy them), formica finishes. 1* room at best. Bike storage was really great, but I would go to Gorizia and skip Novo Gorica.

Excellent solution for a few days in Nova Gorica. Hotel two kilometers from the center with ample parking and internal restaurant that we have not tried. Kind and knowledgeable staff also on the offers of the country and hinterland. Small rooms but very clean and welcoming. Price in the high average for hotels of this category. I recommend it to everyone and I will return if I organize again.
