My family loves coming here as often as we can. The staff is super friendly and helpful (and funny too!). Make sure to book experiences during your stay. We went kayaking and our guide Miriam was the best! She was helpful and kind. The food was always amazing, no matter which restaurant we visited! Luis was our favourite server, he is hilarious! We hope to come back soon!

Estuve con mi esposa celebrando nuestros 26 años de casados y volvimos encantados del trato recibido por parte de todo el personal, desde nuestra concierge Verónica, que siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos. También queremos contar que hicimos todas las actividades que el hotel ofrece, el paseo en kayak por el río, desde el cenote Águila, con nuestros guías Alexander y Alexis fue maravilloso, realmente es de destacar la predisposición de estos chicos. El paseo en bicicleta visitando los cenotes junto a Issac también fue maravilloso. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Victor que nos calentaba el agua para el mate en la cafetería y siempre nos trato maravillosamente. No dejen de hacer el sense adventure con el maestro Gerardo, es una experiencia maravillosa que me hizo conectarme a la naturaleza que me rodeaba y a mi interior con todos los sentidos, gracias por incluir este tipo de actividades para los huéspedes. El hotel tiene mucha variedad de comidas y pudimos degustar las delicias del buffet, del comedor italiano, del mexicano, del de comida oriental y también de la pizzeria al costado de la piscina. Las barras de tragos también merecen una distinción especial. La verdad el hotel es muy muy lindo, habitaciones espaciosas, colchones y almohadas super cómodas, un gimnasio espectacular y lo que más.nos gustó fue el respeto por la naturaleza, es un verdadero refugio para las aves, peces y animalitos del lugar. Quiero felicitar a todo el personal en general, ellos hacen que la estadía sea maravillosa, son todos muy amables. Realmente es un hotel para recomendar y seguramente volveremos.

Muy rica la comida y muy agradable tanto gustavo como joel! Super recomendado, delicioso el yakimeshi! Te da muchos datos acerca de la comida oriental y también te da consejos de como preparation alimentos en casa. El vino Cabernet muy rico de muy buen gusto.

Las almohadas están tan agusto que buscamos el proveedor y nos pedimos unas iguales para nuestra casa. El personal es muy amable y siempre están dispuestos ayudarte. Teresa Torres fue especialmente atenta con nosotros, un excelente trato.

Hibachi is a MUST when you go and Gustavo and Joel are absolutely wonderful! We went to his show twice during our stay and each one was different. They make it fun and enjoyable for all ages. They pull yiu in and have you also interact. ITS A MUST!

Excelente servicio , mis amigas y yo disfrutamos cada uno de los días al 100% , no cabe duda que volveremos , pues la atención brindada en el tour de bicicletas por Isaac fue súper agradable, los paisajes , wooow neta 10/10 , muchas gracias , sin duda lo mejor de lo mejor :)
