The service was very good. Four staff members greeted us when we got off the car. We were served local margarita cocktails and wet wipes. We checked in directly in the room. It was very smooth. The hotel area is very large, and some areas require golf carts for transportation. The room is right next to the Marouma Beach, the white sand beach of the Caribbean Sea and the green-blue ocean. The hotel is very primitive. In the deep jungle, we saw reddish-brown South American raccoons

Our third visit (first since the remodeling) didn't disappoint. Beautiful rooms, superbly maintained grounds, very attentive and well-trained staff. Stand-out meals at Woodend, Freddy's Bar and Bambuco. Just another wonderful resort in the Belmond portfolio.

Excellent in every way. We returned after many years and incredibly impressed by the upgrades to rooms and common areas. Staff top notch (kudos to management) always kind and attentive. Excellent food and dining experience. We are already planning our next visit.

Das MAROMA Ressort zählt für uns zu den mit Abstand besten 5* Hotels, die wir weltweit besucht haben. Es bietet perfekten Service auf allen Ebenen und ist "klein" genug, dass sich auch der General Manager noch direkt mit den Kunden in Kontakt treten kann und dies auch tut!

Great resort. The location is just fabulous. The beauty of the beaches must be seen. The staff is the reason for the success of this resort. they are so nice and so accommodating. They pay attention to the tiniest detail to ensure customer satisfaction. One of the best that I have ever seen and/or visited.

This is a stunning hotel which we had the pleasure of visiting for 4 nights. Rooms, restaurants, beach, gym are all absolutely superb. Best of all is the warm and welcoming service provided by the whole team. Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at!

Amazing experience. Particularly impressed by the staff and service - they went above and beyond for every detail. They were all extremely personable, kind, and attentive. The food was incredible, and the beach was amazing! I give it an 11/10.
