Excellent services, restaurants are amazing..really like the atmosphere in Piaf and Cocina De Autor with live music performance. Spa is an eye-opening with water treatment.

I went on a honeymoon trip!! It was comfortable to have a butler and I didn’t know what to do with my excessive kindness..!! ㅋㅋ The food is delicious and the quality is very good!!! ㅠㅠ I really want to go there again!!!

Eza, our concierge was absolutely fabulous! She made our trip special and was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed or wanted. The sweet lady in the boutique helped me with some last minute pants for my son, who forgot to bring some pants. Thank you Eza and the Grand Velas staff for a wonderful vacation!

We had an incredible experience this resort! The grounds were absolutely beautiful! We came with a family of 8, six children. Our young kids absolutely adored the kids club! They always wanted to stay there. The food was wonderful. Everything went above and beyond to insure we were comfortable. The only small critique is that sometimes it was hard to get drink service at Azul for breakfast in the morning and sometimes the dinner’s went on for a little bit too long. Again, this is a very minor critique as our entire experience was phenomenal overall. We enjoyed spending time in the teen club during the day, playing video games, billiards and arts and crafts! Fatima at the pool was always a friendly face and willing to help us with whatever we needed! She was fun to chat with and went above and beyond in every way. Nicolas made our kids feel so special and made an effort to get to know each of them. That meant so much to us. The main person I want to highlight is Sofia, our concierge. We have stayed at many resorts like this and we have never had such an attentive concierge! She was absolutely incredible and I would recommend her to anyone! We were blown away by her service and our kids had tears in their eyes saying goodbye to her. Thank you so much Grand Velas for everything! We can’t wait to come back!

This place is luxury at its finest! Not because of the beautiful decor and the world class dining but honestly because of the service. I stayed at the Grand Class section and was pampered by Jessica my personal concierge. She was always a quick WhatsApp message away… like having a friend with the best inside scoop!! The spa is impressive and surprisingly affordable. Just an amazing experience from start to finish.

Es la 4ta vez que vamos en familia y Grand Velas no deja de sorprendernos. La atención a los detalles es impresionante, el personal siempre dispuesto y con una sonrisa, la comida es de primer nivel. Chef Jaime en el desayuno es un maestro y Chef Miguel en el almuerzo también. Jesús hizo que los niños tuvieran una semana increíble en el teens club y Jerónimo se encargó de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitamos para tener unas vacaciones inolvidables. Volveríamos mil veces a Grand Velas Maya.

This resort was breathtaking! From the gate to the room to the pool. The service was incredible. My concierge, Jessica Meza, was amazing! Super friendly and made sure my husband and I were taken care of our entire stay. The steak at Frida is a must try. It was so good, mouthwatering good. Everywhere you go on property they ask you about your allergies and help you make the right meal choices for you. It was so helpful and made it one less thing I had to worry about while on vacation. They have an amazing team and I can’t wait to go back.
