Outstanding in every way! Wonderful food, service and activities for the kids. My wife and I could relax, have fun and enjoy family time like we haven’t done in a long while. If in any doubt, book this hotel which is an amazing base to explore Akumal, Playa de Carmen and beyond A special shout out to Diego who looked after us daily around the pool in terms of drinks, cocktails and beers. Super friendly and amazing service 😎

The food from the La Adelita was super delicious. Specially one of the salsas. And our waiter was excellent, he was knowledgeable about the menu.

La verdad, nuestra experiencia en el Grand Palladium Riviera Maya fue pésima de principio a fin. Desde que llegamos, todo fue un caos: nos hicieron pagar de más sin explicación clara, sin ningún registro o comprobante de lo que estábamos abonando, las habitaciones que nos dieron no eran las que habíamos reservado y la atención en recepción fue lenta, desorganizada y sin la más mínima cordialidad. Las reservas de los restaurantes siempre estuvieron mal, nunca coincidían con lo que pedíamos y teníamos que perder tiempo y paciencia para comer. El personal, en general, mostró una falta total de interés por ayudar o solucionar algo, y cuando surgía un problema, directamente no se hacían cargo de nada, como si la responsabilidad fuera siempre del huésped. Para cerrar la mala experiencia, el día del egreso no pasaron a buscar nuestras valijas en el horario acordado, a pesar de que lo pedimos varias veces, y el trato final fue tan malo como el inicial. En resumen, el servicio estuvo muy por debajo de lo prometido y de lo que uno espera de un hotel que se vende como de lujo. Lo que debía ser una estadía para disfrutar terminó siendo un problema tras otro. No recomiendo en absoluto este hotel y espero que tomen este reclamo en serio y nos den una respuesta y compensación acorde al desastre que fue todo.

Tuve una situación con mi habitación que me tenía muy molesta, ya que 2 días seguidos esta no fue aseada, 16:30 hrs y mis familiares tuvieron que sacar la basura y hacer las camas... la actitud de la supervisora completamente nefasta... SIN EMBARGO, el complejo es espectacular, los chicos de recepción todo el tiempo amables y con disposición (excepto el "gerente" Alejandro... sorprendentemente) Los chicos de POP con una sonrisa y atención de 10, todo el equipo de camareros espectacular, una noche mexicana increíble, de verdad si no fuese por el detalle de la limpieza y que sus colchones ocupan una renovada, esta estancía hubiese sido excelente~~~ Definitivamente los visitaré un otras locaciones y espero encontrar gratas sorpresas

Mi viaje fue súper agradable venía por una clínica de Real Madrid sin conocer el hotel y que sorpresa me llevé es súper agradable el hotel es grandísimo tiene muchísimas actividades para todas las edades la gente de POP es súper agradable , nos apadrinó un chico llamado David todo el tiempo nos buscó para mostrarnos los itinerarios y estar al pendiente de nosotros nos hizo nuestra estancia súper agradable mil gracias David !!
