Had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Kantenah. The rooms are spacious and modern. The resort is very large so many chairs and shaded areas to sit. We have used this resort 10 times and are always satisfied.

We are here at the hotel atm, we will write a full review when we arrive home. All I want to say is bring your wallet & cash as they want to charge you for everything even though we have paid a lot of money for this 5 star all inclusive experience ! It’s not all inclusive like we know it so be prepared to pay or get a very reduced all inclusive holiday. Very disappointed

We are current staying at this hotel and are extremely disappointed. On a previous visit to Mexico we stayed at the Riu Palace Mexico, this is definitely not the Riu. Obviously it’s a different hotel chain and it would be unfair to compare however as a group we have paid almost £18,000 for this holiday and it is way below what I would expect for a 5*. Unless you are prepared to pay additional costs at the hotel for upgrades they are not interested. We have been asked to pay for wine, meals, upgraded accommodation. There are certain restaurants you aren’t allowed to go in, sun loungers reserved for upgraded guests. A clear 2 tier system in operation which is honestly very annoying. The hotel itself is very clean, buffet is ok but not the experience we were hoping for to celebrate two milestone birthdays. I honestly wish we were somewhere else. I would never stay or recommend Grand Palladium as a hotel chain they are just looking to make more money at the expenses of guests. Try the Riu hotels if you want a good hotel.

Grand palladium is perfect for a family vacation. One of the best things they have here is their entertainment team. Daily activites like Volleyball, water polo, yogo, archery and many more. The entertainment team is great. Samuel, Gael and Victor for example is fun, caring and loves his job and visiters.

Nuestra experiencia en el Grand Palladium Kantenah fue simplemente increíble. Todo nos encantó en general. El lugar es precioso, rodeado de una vegetación espectacular y una fauna que le da un toque único; incluso pudimos alimentar a algunos animales, lo cual fue una experiencia muy especial. Sentirse en plena selva con todo el lujo y las comodidades es algo que no se olvida. La comida del buffet era deliciosa, con mucha variedad y excelente calidad. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, y el personal merece una mención especial: siempre encantadores, amables y muy educados. Sin duda, repetiríamos la experiencia una y mil veces. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Hemos estado 7 noches en este maravilloso hotel, y es fantástico con un personal de 10, la comida, los restaurantes que tiene el bufé, la piscina etc. En si este complejo de hoteles en los que te puedes mover entre los tres hoteles nos sorprendió y nos encantó. Te los recomiendo al 100%

Excelente hotel para disfrutar en familia! Rica comida, excelente los tragos. Un poco de olor a humedad en nuestra habitación y un poco molestos los coatíes en los sectores de piscina y bares cercanos a las piscina. Los animalitos te roban la comida y se te suben en manada a la mesa y es bastante molesto. Pero en realidad es un gran hotel y el personal es muy amable.
