Fatal, there was no hot water throughout the stay, they gave us no answer or solution either in the hotel or on the trip, cockroaches in the room, humidity, repetitive and poor quality buffet, impossible to dine in the restaurants because you had to reserve many days in advance. in advance, before arriving they do not answer emails or anything, the beach is horrible, full of algae, dirty and ugly, to get there from Playa del Carmen it is impossible if it is not a taxi that charges you €60 for a 15 minute ride, from the door entrance to the lobi you have to walk two km and from the room to the beach another 2, they don't even get you close to the door... DO NOT BOOK HERE OR THIS HOTEL, BEST RIU WITHOUT ANY DOUBT
