Chable maroma is an amazing resort with glorious views and quiet, serene environment. But the staff at chable was what made our stay special. They were so friendly and helpful. Humberto at breakfast brought us items we didn’t order because he thought we would enjoy them. Eduardo at dinner was simply amazing. Everything was personalized to make it feel like we were not just another guest but the ONLY guests there

Chable Maroma is the embodiment of serenity. The beach, pool, rooms, are fantastic. But more than anything else, the staff does everything it can to make you feel welcome and very well taken care of. There is an incredible spirit of kindness and hospitality that is special to the Chable Maroma.

From the moment we walked into the open reception every member of staff were faultless in their attention to us. The quiet villas were totally private. The pool and beach were extremely relaxing. The choice on restaurants meals was a little restrictive. We will return

Este fin de semana fue nuestra primera visita a Chable Maroma, sabia que seria bello y con excelencia en el servicio, sin embargo cada espacio del hotel y cada persona que nos atendio, supero por mucho lo que habia imaginado. La habitacion es de ensueño, cada detalle tan estrategicamente diseñado y en comunión con la naturaleza, la piscina de la habitación y la ducha fueron mis espacios favoritos, disfrutas de tu habitacion y a la vez te encuentras en contacto directo con la selva. La playa, WoW !!! No he visto una igual. Simplemente impresionante. En el Spa hicimos uso del circuito de hidroterapia, muy relajante y bellas instalaciones, lo que mas me encanto es que esta en el exterior inmerso con la naturaleza. El personal de todas las areas, fueron calidos, amables, sonrientes, realmente un servicio sorprendente. Gracias, Gracias !!!! Definitivamente instalaciones inigualables y servicio de atencion realmente bello. Felicidades por el cariño y la atencion que brindan en todos sus espacios y servicios.

This place is a 10 out of 10 and incredible in every way. The food, the staff, the setting, the rooms....literally everything is top notch. It's celiac safe as well, and they catered to our daughter every step of the way. I cannot say enough about this place, and I can't wait to go back.

We did not even get there!! They are awful. For a 5star resort this is horrendous!! They would not give us a refund nor a credit for future use! I suffered a skiing injury 2 weeks before our trip! They requested a doctors note which I supplied and they would not even credit us for a future stay. We lost thousands of dollars.
