Spent a week here in july and everything was good from food to drinks we stay in family selection so we has top shelf on drinks only thing was the beach dirty do to the problem with sargassum

Had a great time round the family selection pool all drinks staff were so friendly and always made sure you had a drink in your hand and didn’t go hungry. Drinks were great and food was also spot on.

The beach is toxic with no warning or discount. Restaurants are closed because it smells so bad and the stairs from the rooftop pool are like glass.

We all got sick from the food.....stomach pains and diarrhea. The sofa bed is so hard you will have back pain trying to sleep on it. The miniature golf course is un-usable, horrible condition.

We upgraded to stay in the Family Selection and it was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. The service, food, and atmosphere were all exceptional — we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. A big shout out to our wonderful butler Mauricio and our fantastic waiter Radhames — both made our stay extra special with their kindness and attention to detail. Highly recommended for families — we’ve made memories to last a lifetime! 💛🌴☀️
