Nos alojamos en el family selection y estamos encantados con el trato y servicio de las mayordomos Karen y Andrea y de la recepcionista Fernanda. Además de que todos los conductores de carritos, camareros y empleados en general han sido muy amables. Han hecho que la estancia haya sido de 10. Lo recomendamos mucho.

Hemos estado una semana y todo ha estado muy bien. Family Selection tiene algunos restaurantes exclusivos que te evitan hacer colas en otros. Todo el personal muy amable, desde camareros hasta la limpieza, pero especialmente destacar a los mayordomos, Luis y Emmanuel, en la Villa 40, que nos hicieron las vacaciones mucho más fáciles, sobre todo Emmanuel, del que “abusamos” un poco más con nuestras peticiones y demostró ser un gran profesional y una gran persona. Te lo agradezco especialmente desde aquí en mi nombre y en el de toda mi familia

We stayed at the family selection at the Grand Palladium Kantenah hotel. I would highly recommend to anyone. Amazing hotel, perfect service levels, very friendly staff, very nice food with lots of choices across the three sister hotels. Many things to do at the resort with numerous pool selections and lots of activities. We ate at the La Adelita Mexican restaurant twice all staff were so friendly with Gerardo & Arturo serving us the second time. Very friendly and the perfect service.

Increíble experiencia en Family Selection Kantenah. Instalaciones de primera, playa hermosa, habitación de lujo. Emmanuel, Luis y Erick los mejores butler, siempre un paso adelante y cubriendo las necesidades. El transporte en el complejo muy fluido y rápido. Beatriz Gerente de Family una profesional enamorada de su trabajo, con vocación de servicio y don de gentes. Enrique, el mejor Chef de Palladium; siempre atento, comida exquisita en todos los restaurantes. Humberto de Family muy cortés y complaciente. Leo en Sand Castle con una atención excelente y servicio personalizado. Todo el personal en el restaurante The Nest muy serviciales y super atentos.

The Nest is the best kept treasure on the resort for food.Carla and Fernanda were wonderful very accommodating food was delicious. Truly surprised by Carla she was in training but seem as if she had worked there for years. Fernanda went above and beyond ensuring we enjoyed our visit had a band come out and sing happy birthday. A must go to spot !!!

We were upgraded to a swimup room. It was beautiful. Our butler was quick to respond to any questions we had. The cart service is very timely with nice cart drivers. We love this resort.

First time taking our kids on an all inclusive and this exceeded our expectations. Staff, service and overall cleanliness of the hotel was topnotch! Definitely returning! The only thing we were disappointed about was the beach because the water was so brown but this has nothing to do with the hotel, the Caribbean in general is experiencing this.
