Oysters, salad and trout almondine with side of lentils were all scrumptious! Cocktails 🍸 great; loved the hot pepper gimlet! My partner had super-delicious pan fried pork chop. Gorgeous spot - romantic decor, cozy and magnificent. The outside seating on porches looks very inviting too. A Special spot, with excellent service and the cherry 🍒 on the top was the yum sundae to finish a great dinner.

My husband, sister-in-law and I had dinner at the newly refurbished Carversville Inn in Carversville, PA last week. Beautiful renovation and an exquisite dining room and bar. Outdoor seating is available as well. Dishware/barware is gorgeous. The wait staff, especially Mikey, was excellent. My sister-in-law had the mussels with fries -- she loved it. My husband had the trout almandine -- he said it was a little dry as was my rotisserie chicken. Good vegetables and sides. Overall a great experience and highly recommend.

We had an enjoyable dinner here for our anniversary in July. I grew up in Bucks County and enjoyed coming to the old Carversville Inn for special occasions with my family. The food was always consistently amazing and we always had a great experience. That being said, we were excited to see the changes and discover the new menu. We had a very lovely table outside on a warm night, luckily not too hot. The new design is very inviting and chic. Service was very good. Every attempt was made to keep us happy which we appreciated (offering us a fan outdoors, keeping water filled, packing up leftovers). The one thing I would encourage the new owners to do is to reconsider the menu. While our food was "good" it did not resonate the way the old offerings did. The Onion soup is really enough for 2 people but is not described that way on the menu. For one person, it is a meal in itself. The Steak Frites was good, but the Duck Fat Fries are the star of the show. Two people in our party ordered the Short Rib which they liked well enough. The chocolate pot de creme was very good but I would switch from Dark to Milk chocolate (just my opinion). The Creme Brulee was spot on. Our desserts were on the house for our anniversary which we really appreciated. This generous gesture cemented my plans for a return visit. If the Escargot En Croute returns from the past, then it is a no brainer that we will be back.

I went there after passing it many time on my bike, its a beautiful place with a creek running behind it, the history and architecture are fabulous. They offer many fancy meals and appetizers, I had a tasty fruit dish that was memorable. A great place to take a family or a date.

I had been here back in 2006 and this was my first visit back. I was late getting out that evening and didn't have time to dress, when I saw what other couples were wearing I opted for us to sit in the bar since I felt under dressed. The bar was small, cute. No beer on tap, which for my husband is a minus. The food was good, interesting, but not my favorite, my husband's steak was amazing. I would go again, I've heard the brunch is fantastic. For dinner? If I was dressed up I'd go. It's a whole experience.

When my husband and I experience a windfall or have extra allowance let over,We can't wait to have dinner at the Carversville. We love the country road drive to the Inn, which is nestled at the confluence of several roads and a beautiful stream. We are always greeted warmly by LeeAnne the bar keep who is the mixologist of excellent libations. Every time we sat at the bar a friendly conversation has insued with other patrons. Our waiter Bob was friendly with a good sense of humor. The timing of our meal was perfect. Our meals were so tasty, I am a steak lover. I asked for it to be served without all trappings and just the caramelized onions on the side . It was cooked to perfection. Go enjoy this wonderful old hotel and fabulous meal.

The Carversville Inn is in a very old and quaint building in the very small village of Carversville in Bucks County, PA. The Inn appears to be well over 100 years old with outdoor seating on the covered porches, indoor seating for about 60 people in two dining rooms and a separate room with an old wooden bar. It is cozy, not spacious. The lunch and dinner menus have a modest number of appetizers, salads and entrees but the items are not standard fare. We enjoyed the beet salad, salmon, crab cakes, and a fresh strawberry - rhubarb cobbler served warm with ice cream. All were very well presented and tasty. The wine list is also modest. Some bottles are as little as $18. Wine is also served by the glass but on the high cost side, i.e., $10 - 12. We enjoyed glasses of a very nice cabernet savignon. The cappacino and latte were average. Service was very attentive and polite. The restaurant was about 1/3 filled with diners, and service was reasonably quick. Entrees cost in the $20 to $40 range. Our bill before tip was $113. We enjoyed this dining experience.
