One of the best hotels in terms of quality of service and spacious, clean rooms. Really very attentive, extremely friendly and welcoming staff. If you prefer hiking - Val d'Incles is right next door - no car needed - you can reach it on foot. The views from the balcony are phenomenal and the balcony itself is of a good size.

Ya fue la octava vez que hemos quedado aquí. El hotel está situado cerca del Vall d'Incles, que és un lugar buenísimo para hacer senderismo. El personal es, como siempre, muy muy muy muy muy amigable y dulce. Las habitaciones son espacios, muy bien decorados y limpios. El buffet es enorme y varía cada día, tanto por la mañana como por la noche, también hay productos locales por la mañana. El spa es apto para niños (Hasta las 6pm). Tienes una piscina normal, un jacuzzi interior y exterior, una pequeña piscina para niños, un hammam y una sauna y tumbonas. Lo único es que quizás se podría poner música catalana o al menos local en el restaurante y el bar. Muchísimas gracias otra vez por estas vacaciones increíbles.

Nous avions réservé via le site web de l’hôtel pour deux nuits en junior suite en demi-pension. La chambre était magnifique, avec une grande terrasse offrant une vue splendide sur les montagnes. Le mini-bar contenait quelques boissons incluses (signalées par une étoile). Le petit-déjeuner est fabuleux, tout comme le dîner du soir. Chaque soir, quelqu’un passe dans la chambre pour préparer le lit, déposer une bouteille d’eau et un petit biscuit pour souhaiter une bonne nuit — une attention très appréciée. Le personnel est très gentil et attentionné. Une très belle expérience !

Estuve alojado con mi pareja durante dos noches y la experiencia fue muy positiva. Tanto las instalaciones como el desayuno —realmente excelente— cumplieron plenamente con nuestras expectativas. Nos gustaría destacar especialmente el masaje en pareja, que fue excepcional, con profesionales de primer nivel. También queremos remarcar la amabilidad y profesionalidad del equipo del hotel, que nos hizo sentir muy bien atendidos en todo momento. Una estancia muy recomendable. ¡Gracias por todo!
