Los trabajadores son super amables y la comida espectacular. Al lado de las pistas de ski. Habitacion increible, nueva, con nueva ducha, colchon super comodo y cojines super comodos también. Habitaciones amplias y recien reformadas, con muy buen internet.

Excelente locación con la pista de fondo, linda decoración con espacios divididos para los chicos, u un ambiente divertido con música en donde inclusive piensan en los chicos con un fenomenal mago que va de mesa en mesa sorprendiendo a todos!

Pour la troisième année nous sommes venus dans cet hôtel en famille avec des enfants de 3 et 6 ans. L’accueil est irréprochable , le personnel est souriant et absolument adorable, Erika à la plancha, Ruth et Francisco au restaurant sont particulièrement gentils et agréables. De même pour le serveur au smoothie dont je n’ai pas le nom. Le buffet est bon, très copieux avec pour nouveauté cette année des stand de jus et smoothie le matin, atelier jambon et sushis le soir. Nous avons eu une animation de magie un soir, des petits concerts agréables. Une mention spéciale pour notre chambre ultra spacieuse, entièrement rénovée et idéale à 4 avec un coin nuit pr chacun. Nous reviendrons l’an prochain sans hésitation dans ce lieu que l’on adore! Merci Cécile Munoz

Great location. Nice room and comfortable beds. Very warm, but luckily the heater could be adjusted. Just odd that the housekeeping did not refill the coffee pods. Food was great both at breakfast and dinners. Erika made great omelets etc. to order. Plenty of choices, although we had hoped there to have been more fresh fruit for breakfast. They had better selection for dinner, but we would have preferred it to be the other way around.

First class service from the wonderful staff at The Piolets. From reception to the attentive bar staff, the housekeeping and restaurant staff, they all have professional, courteous and patient service. Miguel, thank you for the great breakfast service…brilliant. The hotel is ideally placed for the slopes, with access via gondola or chair lift just 2 minutes away. The bar and terrace have superb views of the slopes, and perfect area in which to unwind and retell the stories of the days skiing. Food is first class, plentiful and with f lights choice to keep everyone happy. Prices for drinks and additional foods are reasonable, certainly less expensive than other European ski resorts. We stayed in Soldeu as a party of 6 in Feb. Although we didn’t stay at the hotel, the purpose of this review is to highlight the excellent terrace to the rear of the hotel overlooking the slopes. This was perfect for lunch with great, fresh, well priced food. Try the Foccacia or Pizza. Tapas also available. Drinks also super cheap. Beer €4 and wine €3.70. Comfy seats, chilled vibe, great service and lovely atmosphere with an outstanding view. Heaters, fire pits and blankets in the cold weather were also available. One of our party was injured on the first day of skiing which resulted in her camping out here for the week which was perfect. Highly recommend.
