Отель чистый, с новым ремонтом. Отличный завтрак.
Нам дали номер на первом этаже, мы попросили номер на этаже повыше, сотрудница ответила, что все номера занаяты. Это было не так, т.к. мы была не в сезон, в июне, в понедельник, и в отеле было очень мало гостей. Официально завтрак заканчивается в 10:30, но кофе унесли намного раньше и начали убирать еду, хотя гости приходили и в 10:20.
Ресторан должен был работать до 22:30, но его закрыли намного раньше.

Tres bel hotel , les parties communes , ambiance musicale, hors saison 2 concerts semanal et pleine saison , ts les jours. Les repas sont sous forme de grands buffet varies et bon !! Les chambres , vues sur pistes et terrasse, spacieuse. Bemol , pas de table sur terrasse et deco de la salle a manger un peu simplette. Garage en sous sol pour 15 eur par jour. La terrasse est top....

Llegamos a l'hotel este viernes pasado hacia menos de 4 grados de temperatura y la calefacción no funciona porque dicen que solo la activan en verano... Un 4 estrellas pasando frio. La cena és buffet de bastanta mala calidad, por contra el desayuno estaba bien y el personal fue agradable.

We had another great stay at the Piolets Soldeu Centre. Since the refurbishment, the rooms are very nice and the hotel is our favourite place to stay in Soldeu which we visit 3 or 4 times a year. All the staff are courteous and helpful. Special mention must go to Cesar and Lorena, the bar staff. They were very friendly and gave excellent service.
