Perfect location, fantastic room looking out to the gondola, bus stop right outside the hotel, amazing breakfast! Staff were very friendly and helpful (except for one on the front desk who can’t manage a smile) A special mention to Karina who was so helpful during our stay - so glad she recommended snow shoeing activity!

Recently refurbished, this hotel gets better year on year. Ski lockers in basement, short walk to gondola station. Lounge and terrace are prime apres ski locations with great views of the slopes. Drinks prices are good, bar snacks great. Public areas and rooms kept spotlessly clean. Restaurant is excellent buffet. Very short walk to other popular apres spots. The staff at this hotel - Reception, housekeeping, bar and restaurant are ALL superb and really make this hotel as good as it is. Sushi station and Egg station chefs were particularly great, then again all the bar staff were too. Already booked for next year

INCREÍBLE EL SUSHI HECHO POR LUIS MIGUEL!!! El buffet del hotel Piolets es inigualable. Nos ha atendido muy amablemente y nos ha adaptado el sushi sin gluten por ser celíacas. El sushi es de los mejores que hemos probado y jamás pensamos poder hacerlo en un hotel. Un servicio de 10.

Chambre correcte, salle de bain très jolie et bien aménagée. Les couloirs sont vieillots.
Petite déjeuner et repas du soir sous forme de buffet, pas mal de choix et bien achalandé mais pas très goûtu.
La partie SPA est clairement à revoir…
