Otros 15 días más fabulosos en Andorra. Gracias a todos, recepción, servicio de habitaciones, restaurante, cocina etc.etc, por hacerlo todo tan fácil. Sólo animaros a que sigáis con esos estándares de calidad y atención al cliente. Ya son 5 años con vosotros y no dudo que hayan otros tantos más.

Hemos disfrutado de unos días increíbles en este hotel durante nuestras mini vacaciones. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos acogidos por un equipo humano excepcional: todos los trabajadores fueron atentos, amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Las habitaciones son cómodas y están muy bien equipadas, aunque reconocemos que el baño podría beneficiarse de algunas mejoras. A pesar de ese pequeño detalle, la estancia fue muy agradable. El buffet es, sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes. La comida está riquísima y hay muchísima variedad para elegir. Nos encantó especialmente la zona de plancha, donde el chef cocina al momento las opciones disponibles, que varían cada día. Estamos encantados con el hotel y sin duda lo recomendamos para quienes busquen unos días de descanso y buen trato en un entorno cuidado.

Nos hemos alojado en el Hotel Himalaia de Soldeu y la verdad es que ha sido una experiencia estupenda. Lo que más me ha sorprendido ha sido la atención del personal: desde recepción hasta el restaurante, todos fueron súper amables y atentos. He estado en muchos hoteles por distintos países, y este se lleva el premio en cuanto al trato recibido. La habitación para cuatro personas estaba muy bien, cómoda y limpia. El único pero fue el baño, que tenía algún azulejo roto y podría mejorar un poco, pero en general todo estaba en buen estado. La comida… ¡espectacular! El buffet tanto en el desayuno como en la cena era muy variado, todo estaba buenísimo y cada día cambiaban las opciones. Además, el chef en la plancha era majísimo, siempre con una sonrisa y preparado para cocinar cosas ricas. También hicimos una ruta de senderismo con un guía del hotel que fue genial: muy simpático, nos explicó un montón sobre el entorno y la historia del lugar. Fue un plus total para la experiencia. 💯 Recomendado totalmente, sobre todo si te gusta combinar comodidad, buena comida y naturaleza.

Estancias muy agradable. Las habitaciones son amplias, los colchones nuevos y la limpieza es excelente. El personal de la recepción, del comedor y de la cocina destaca por ser muy profesional y amable ♥️ Como el hotel está ubicado a 1840 m en un entorno natural privilegiado, es un sitio ideal para hacer senderismo.
