Me gustó mucho la atención del personal, siempre con una sonrisa, cercanos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Con respecto a la comida del buffet era variada. La carta del bar puede que fuese más limitada pero tenían varias opciones disponibles. Algunas noches podías cenar escuchando música en directo.

Possibly one of my best stays in Andorra so far. The staff have been stars - reception, shuttle bus driver, bartender - and made you feel welcomed and tried their best to help you, sometimes even go the extra mile without you asking. But this is all very dependent on how to treat them though so always be courteous, greet them in the morning and thank them every time.

Excelente atención desde el personal de recepción ,personal de sala e incluso limpieza ! Se agradece está atención. La lastima las camas muy incómodas y vista interiores dan sensación de ahogonada de luz exterior. La comida pésima. Por lo demás el hotel muy acogedor.

Viajamos mi marido, mi hija y yo para 2 noches. La habitación asignada 203, no tenía luz diurna, a cada momento luces encendidas. Nos hemos sentido como si estuvieramos en una cueva. Preguntamos si era posible cambiar de habitación y nos dijeron que estaba todo completo. El buffet excelente, alimentos de muy buena calidad. Camareros/as amables y atentos. Buena ubicación para practicar el senderismo. En el spa se echa de menos algún chorro cervical. Si no hubiese sido por la habitación.. hubiera sido más de nuestro agrado.

Good experience ! Good hotel and beautiful services! I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Andorra. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. One of the highlights was the spa — beautifully designed, relaxing, and perfect after a day of exploring the mountains. The food was exceptional as well, with a variety of delicious local and international dishes. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great service and a touch of luxury.

Just returned from a fabulous ski holiday at Hotel Galanthus. All the staff were so friendly - from reception, restaurant to the guy who drives the shuttle bus to the gondola every day. The bed was super comfy and a great choice of food from the buffet. The spa was lovely after a long day on the ski slopes.
