The stay was horrible. The experience is not good. They gave us a room with bathroom without lock from inside. Hygiene was subpar. No water in bathroom 3 hours had to ask multiple times. Shower not working. Hot water only in morning. Room stinky with poor ventilation. Wifi was not working throughout the stay.

We have booked 2 rooms in Hotel Pride Executive solapur on 23rd March 2025 to 24th March 2025.
When we reached the rooms both rooms were not cleaned,there were no water in both rooms.
For complete night there was no water also in the morning when we asked them for water that time they have started water pump.There was no hot water for bathing.
When we asked them about this situation the answers were random.
We have childrens and old age person with us whom have to face lot of issue due to no water.
In one room airconditioner was not working as we have already booked A.C rooms and paid for that we haven't got any refund.
Overall stay was very terrible.

The picture and the situations at the hotel is to much different… Service is very poor. They mentioned that the hotel has parking space. Not a single two wheeler parking they have… don’t think for stay here if you have Four wheeler.

The room of pride hotel in solapur are really good while cleaned and the stay was comfortable. The area of hotel is also very peaceful and calm. But really thank you to make my trip website as we reached there at 11 p. M. The manager just said rooms are not available but when we booked it on makemytrip app has their showing room where available so he said do it on makemytrip and finally we got room anyway it was a nice stay
