Room was located in kind of basement near to all the hotel staff cleaning area and early morning lot of noise/shouting from hotel staff. Extra bed was placed on the ground. Worst experience from such reputed hotel. Worst experience because blanket was full of dust and rooms were not clean

I had prior booking but on reception they told that rooms are not available and internal issues of hotel are lot. Also i had told for room cleaning but same was not done

Hotel location is good and accessible from the railway station. The staff is non courteous and needs training probably the reception girl who thinks she owns the property, when requested for a 2 hr delayed checkout due to delay in train she refused saying that bookings from make my trip cannot be extended even though at the time of check in we did at 11 pm. It is recommended to train the staff with appropriate behaviour so as to attract more buisness.

Rooms are different as we saw. Bathroom is very congested. Over all service is on average.

The stay was satisfactory, the room service was good, the breakfast was awesome and the behaviour of the staff was good
