Clean rooms and had ordered boiled vegetables dish which was cooked properly and hygienic. They should also allow 24 hrs check out system

Disgusting. Worse than 1 star guesthouse. Cockroaches in bathroom No drainage and divider for shower area in bathroom Plug points don't work No fridge No wifi Stink in rooms like toilet Extremely greasy inedible breakfast. Do not stay here.

Though location of the hotel is okay but the food, amenities and services are excellent. Rooms are very neat and clean. Restaurant is also very good

Breakfast is the poorest thing i have ever seen. The washroom of this 3 star priced property is very disappointing. The jet spray was not functioning, even after several reminders they fixed it. The in-house restaurant menu needs to be fixed. Over priced will not recommend.

1. Room size is very small compared to the tariff charges. 2. In rooms there is no refrigerator, and on asking for cold water to drink, the staff is saying it’s chargeable. I have never seen this before, the house ro water should be absolutely free and shall available in cold and normal. 3. Room service is worst. 4. The cutlery they have sent with ordered food was dirty, and upon asking to staff they replied that “the water they are using to clean is from borewell” what rubbish answer. 5. No response from reception upon complaint about these matters. 6. The overall stay experience is worst ever i have stayed at any hotel. 7. This is not 3star hotel, it’s not even come in category of 2star hotel. 8. This is not hotel, this is lodge.

Property is well maintained and staff was friendly. Food served in the restaurant was excellent. It is a safe place for families.
