Si conferma una delle migliori strutture alberghiere nella zona di Santa Flavia, struttura corredata da piscine e con accesso diretto al Mare, la struttura si affaccia in una baia meravigliosa

The complex is very nice and clean, acceptable food, they don't have many dishes, the prices are a bit high for what they offer..Who wants to visit that area, I only recommend this complex and that's it. There is nothing else in that area. A holiday for people over 50. I recommend the hotel, but not the area..

Muy mediocre, habitacion con detalles como el sofa todo manchado, el portapapel del baño oxidado, una hora para poder entrar en la habitacion porque no les funcionaba el sistema de llaves. La habitacion vista al mar y piscinas ruidosisima hasta las 23:30 que termina el show. Malisimo desayuno, el jugo es intomable y el yogurt que agarre estaba podrido… Lo unico bello es la bajada al mar espectacular, por el resto no repetiria este hotel.

Molto soddisfatti. Gentilezza cortesia pulizia . Locali curati e moderni. Tre piscine. Cibo sufficente nella qualità e ottimo nelle quantità. Tanta scelta nelle cene e nelle colazioni. Ci ritorneremo assolutamente. Mare, buon cibo, paesaggi mozzafiato.

Esperienza ottima, peraltro ripetuta da diversi anni. Tuttavia devo rilevare un forte flessione sula qualità del ristorante Zagara. Inoltre persiste il problema del parcheggio, che dovrebbe essere riservato ai soci, ma non è così poiché ci parcheggia chiunque.

1) Dovrebbe di molto migliorare il servizio bar alla piscina grande a mare. L'attuale è scadente per il livello e i tempi di servizio. 2) È inqualificabile il comportamento alla colazione del mattino al Self Service di diverse persone/coppie. Fanno regolare colazione. Poi spalancano capacissime borse termiche, le riempiono d'ogni ben di Dio. Direttore, non è corretto che l'albergo lasci correre simili comportamenti. Che oltretutto si scaricano sui costi generali, cioè sui vostri clienti di comportamenti civili. GRAZIE DELL'ATTENZIONE!
