Rinjani Beach Eco Resort

Totally inadvisable hotel for several reasons. Maintenance was abandoned long ago and both the cabins and the rest of the facilities are decaying. Very poor cleaning, we had to request additional cleaning in the bathroom before occupying the rooms, with an angry response from the staff. It does not have air conditioning. The plugs are old and in a state that is beginning to be dangerous. The location is uncomfortable, far from any center of activity, which implies staying in the hotel, but it does not invite this due to its decadent state. The photos show a beachside pool with a pool bar. When you look at the reality, you see that the pool is not cared for and the bar has not been used for years. The palm trees by the pool, which could be a nice environmental detail, are not maintained and the branches are falling off. I was literally hit by a palm branch that fell on me while I was on a lounge chair at the pool. The staff is clearly insufficient and unmotivated. They consult everything over the phone with a distant boss who decides without being present. Reservations are managed through images exchanged with him via WhatsApp. In our case they had not received one of our reservations and wanted us to pay it again. As positive points, a beautiful and almost wild beach and food of acceptable quality.

Ein wunderbar ruhiger Ort, wunderschön und sauber, direkt am Strand gelegen. Ich hatte einen großen Bungalow, der sehr schön mit Bambusmöbeln eingerichtet ist und ein geräumiges Bad hat. Tolles Frühstück inklusive und gute Essensauswahl. Sehr gutes und freundliches Personal, insbesondere Andi, der gut englisch spricht, sehr aufmerksam ist und jeden Sonderwunsch erfüllt! Man kann Ausflüge direkt buchen - der Schnorcheltrip zu den Gilis mit Ary war toll! Vielen Dank für die traumhaft schöne Zeit bei Euch!
