У нас есть семейная традиция. На НГ мы ежегодно ездим в страну души Абхазия. В этом году хотели остановится в Диоскурии. Долго ждали открытия брони и наконец у нас получилось забронировать номер с 30.12 по 05.01.25 г. Но наша радость была не долгой т.к. по семейным обстоятельствам не получилось поехать в долгожданное путешествие, о чем за месяц сообщили в отель для возврата оплаты за бронь согласно договору. К слову деньги ждем до сих пор, сумма конечно небольшая, но как то не приятно когда тебя кидают. Вот такой негативный отзыв о таком красивом отели и неприятной ситуации и отношении к туристам.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2022 and really enjoyed it! The hotel is in a great location! It's not far from the beach and it's great for an evening stroll! The breakfasts are delicious and filling! Daily cleaning and towel change. Bed linen was changed twice in 2 weeks. The receptionists are polite and nice. We contacted the administrator with a sewer problem and the issue was resolved right away. Our friends had a non-working refrigerator in their room, so the administration went and bought a new one. We bought a "BIRYUSA" refrigerator from our native Krasnoyarsk😉😁 There was no interruption in electricity and water throughout the entire vacation) Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel! If we go on vacation to Sukhumi, we will only stay at "Dioskuria"! Unfortunately, the photos are not loading! Breakfast in the restaurant, air conditioning works everywhere, large room with a balcony. Very good! Thank you!!!!
