The main building is fine, but the annex has a smell of old carpets that makes you feel like it's been there for a long time. If you're just going to sleep, it's fine, but if you're staying with children, I recommend the main building over the annex.

It's old so the facilities are not that great.
The parking lot is good but the building is too old so it's not that great.
I chose Waterpia to get a better discount but I chose wrong. Haha
