Superb modern hotel located a short flat walk into the centre - the staff were super friendly and professional - secure parking - our super comfortable bedroom and all public rooms were spotlessly clean - we had dinner in the restaurant which was very acceptable - Soissons is a lovely town and this hotel is definitely THE place to stay !

L’emplacement est idéal au vu de la proximité de la ville et la vue sur l’abbaye.Il y a un parking gratuit. Il est possible d’aller à pied en ville depuis l hôtel. La chambre supérieure est spacieuse et propre. Il y a une grande salle de bain. Les chambres sont récentes et bien entretenues. Il serait bien d’avoir un mini bar dans la chambre et quelques attentions à disposition dans la salle de bain (coton-tiges, crèmes…). Le restaurant est excellent. La piscine et le hamman permettent un séjour relaxant.

Disappointing
Given a smoking room and smaller than booked, then changed. Toilet stained. Restaurant closed on Sundays. Had to order food from outside and was grateful for plates and cutlery from staff who tried hard to please.

Très bel hôtel. Chambre supérieure spacieuse et soignée, douche à l'italienne agréable avec double vasque dans la salle de bain. Literie de qualité. Accès privilégié à l'espace détente très agréable (l'eau mériterait d'être un peu plus chaude). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Parking souterrain pratique.
