El hotel nos cotizó unos precios por su chat de whatsapp y cuando llegamos a hacer el check-in nos dijeron que el precio era más caro, que nos devolvían el depósito, que si no pagábamos lo que ellos querían, que buscáramos otro hotel. La respuesta de la dueña del hotel simplemente fue que había sido un error de la practicante y que debíamos pagar mas. Lo peor es que después nos enteramos que ya habían hecho lo mismo con otras personas que cotizaban algo y luego al llegar cambiaban los precios. El resto del personal fue muy amable pero la dueña tiene el peor servicio al cliente que he visto.

Las habitaciones estás bien, son sencillas y la limpieza es excelente; sin embargo pienso que para el precio debería tener televisor smart tv, en lo personal el internet casi no me funcionó y la comida del bufet del desayuno demasiado regular, los cereales estaban muy viejos, al igual que los sándwich.

El hotel es bonito y la habitaciónes muy buenas, pero para el costo tan alto no vale la pena, el desayuno muy malo, creo que el valor de la habitación no debería ser tan costoso, el desayuno se puede mejorar y tambien el aseo muy regular las mesas sucias.
