Vor der Reise mailte ich die Frage nach Barrierefreiheit. Das wäre kein Problem. Realität war vor Ort steile Treppe in obere Etage
Alternative wäre feuchtes Nachbargebäude mit defektem Lift gewesen.
Privates Badezimmer war ausgeschrieben. Realität war feuchter, ungeheizter Raum über den Flur zu erreichen.
Nur geeignet für sehr "tolerante" Reisende
Ich musste nach der Hälfte des geplanten Aufenthalts abbrechen .

The stay in Sofia took some getting used to. The location of the property is perfect, very close to the city center and the metro station. The staff was nice and courteous and available to answer any questions. The accommodation is secured by a pin code on the outside. The rooms are okay, you have beds, a closet and a kettle. We personally couldn't find a kitchen, but there should be one. The water in the showers was warm, so a plus. Nevertheless, the window didn't close and it was a bit colder. Check-in was easy, you were given towels and shampoo, but there was no one at the reception when you checked out. Our biggest problem was that the walls are very permeable to noise. We woke up at 4:30 because it was so loud in the hallway (probably drunk roommates) and it sounded like the scenario was right in our room. Conclusion: doable, but takes some getting used to -＞ okay for 1/2 nights, but I wouldn't have felt comfortable there for longer. Strangely enough, not a single female person was seen there.

Value to your money
It was a lovely room and in the city center of Sofia. Metrostation is right there and easy access to room. Only cold water in the shower.

Old and tired, like me.
The hotel was old and tired, fairly grubby, the bed was the hardest I’ve ever slept on.
Bathroom was the same.
I guess it was reasonable value for money for a capital city centre hotel though.
The manageress was absolutely drop-dead gorgeous though, which made up for almost everything.

Basic, cheap and reasonable.
Second time I have stayed here. Different room both times. Its simple, very basic, but has everything you need. Remember this place is super cheap for a capital city and that's what you get, cheap reasonable accommodation. Yes the bathroom is separate but private nevertheless. Please don't expect ANY glamour. Yes it could do with a huge makeover.

Really bad!
Built in "bathroom" that was horrible.
Air-conditioning didn't work & there was no remote control.
Super loud! You could hear everything!
People were sitting on front of our window the whole night & day!
Bad was horrible!
Old underwear on the radiator & a lot of dust.
This is just a part! Not worth continuing

The accomodation was really dirty and the lock on the door did not work. When we arrived to the room the room was unlocked and the door was open. The bathroom was on the hallway, which was not clear from the website.
Also the “Hotel” was extremely hard to find, due to it being placed in the a sketchy alley.
