5 minutes walk from the metro station. Good location and easy to find. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was limited, but everything was delicious. The yogurt was especially delicious! For the price, I was very satisfied.

The tram runs in front of the hotel, so it's convenient, but you need to be aware of the noise at night. The subway station is about 10 minutes away.

Hôtel quelque peu difficile à trouver avec le GPS mais idéalement situé à quelques minutes de marches du Centre Commercial (et cinéma), d'une part, le bâtiment présidentiel et la station de Métro Serdica d'autre part. Nombreuses lignes de tram disponibles. Par contre, pas de parking privé et, donc, il faut payer dans la rue ou à l'un ou l'autre parking surveillé (1.50 €/heure) Accueil chaleureux (la préposée parlait très bien l'italien !) L'appartement est spacieux, dispose d'un balcon, d'un frigo et d'une climatisation qui fonctionnement parfaitement. Cuisine, salon et table à manger mais, SUPRISE : AUCUN ustensile de cuisine. RIEN !!! La note "moyen" est donc appliquée pour ces quelques raisons.

En la actualidad ya no se llama así,ahora se llama Central Plaza Hotel.Habitación cómoda con vistas a la plaza,aire acondicionado ,mini nevera y tetera con tés y cafés. El gel/champú y jabón d Ema os huele genial,me gustó muchísimo. La ubicación es buena,12 minutos andando desde la estación de metro de Serdika,con varios restaurantes de comida rápida cerca y un supermercado.Tambien está el centro comercial Sofia Mall muy cerca. Desayuno correcto,buena cafetera automática con variedad de cafés.Algo de dulce y salado huevos revueltos,bacon y salchichas.Quesos,embutidos y cosas dulces. Personal correcto . La señora morena que está por las mañanas en el servicio de desayunos es muy amable.

Rocentro is located in walking distance to Sofia`s restaurants, pubs, attractions and shopping centers! Just a short walk from the Metro, makes it easy accessable from the airport! The Hotel was clean, the staff welcomed and took care of us in a friendly way and it was nice and quiet! NO problems sleeping, even thoug we lived in the city centre! The rooms was clean and tidy. We where a little bit unlucky, having a smaller room than our friends, but with a better view! Nice breakfast in a clean and nice breakfast room, with eggs and a lot to eat! So for this price, so central, I must give this place 5 stars for their value of the cost and our good experience!

Posizione dell’hotel molto strategica,in pratica avete tutto a pochi passi,anche il centro. Pecca è stata che la camera era sporca,a partire dagli asciugamani che erano macchiati,la moquette impolverata , ed il bagno un po’ sporco. Ma alla fine lo consiglio solo per la posizione

Upon arrival at the hotel, we already noticed a musty smell. We don't need luxury but we were curious as to what would be next. Upon checking in, we were assigned room 102. The smell there was what could be smelled in the entrance hall but x5. We looked at the bathroom. This one was FULL of mold. (Pictures attached). We didn't feel like getting sick so we were assigned room 202 after complaining to the front desk. The woman said this is the last room we can offer you because everything is full. With high hopes we left by elevator to floor 2. Upon entering this room it was even worse. The window frames, ceiling and bathroom full of mold! We took our valise and left again for the reception. The woman had no more room and did not understand why we were not satisfied with the room. Suddenly after a phone she conjured room 504 out of her sleeve. This was our very last chance according to her, that was all she could do for us. We headed for 504 and again the same defects in the room. Black mold throughout the entire bathroom. The lady behind the counter became aggressive and threatened to call the police. She called the manager of the hotel and placed him on speaker. He told us to leave because otherwise the police will pick us up. We had to leave without a refund. If the rooms are "normal" in there eyes i don't want to know what the kitchen looks like. Really people stay out of this hotel because otherwise you will loose 5years of life because of health problems and you will wake up with mushrooms at the forehead. This hotel is dirty as hell.
