We were quite pleased with the room itself with it being a good size and having an amazing bathroom. We booked through a third party and knew ahead of time we’d have to pay city taxes upon arrival. We used a credit card to do so. Imagine our surprise when two days after checking out a charge for the amount of the room shows up on our card when it had already been paid via a third party. We emailed this property asking to have it removed. We haven’t heard anything back from them about it and have since disputed the charge with the credit card company. Now today, more than a month after staying there, we find they’ve put through another charge on the card which we immediately disputed with the credit card company. So while I could recommend the property itself be warned not to give them a credit card number for any reason or you may have the same headache as us in resolving fraudulent charges.

The quality of the cleaning service and attention at reception when complaining is appalling. We stayed for seven days, and three of those days, our room, beds, towels, and nothing were made up. We complained to reception, and they only apologized and told us they couldn't do anything. I tried to file a complaint form, but they didn't have one. I feel ripped off; we paid for services we didn't receive.

We have stayed at this hotel several times for business. Unfortunately, this time the stay was not ideal. Due to construction work, almost everything was closed. No breakfast and the restaurant was also closed. This situation may have affected the room cleaning. One day the bathroom was cleaned and nothing else. The bed was not made and the trash can was not emptied. The next day it was the other way round. Otherwise I can only agree with my previous review. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. And accessibility is also very good. Maybe it will be better next time.
