The customer service was excellent, everyone was kind, and I was glad I chose this hotel from the start. Even though I arrived earlier than check-in time, my room was ready so I was allowed to check in early. There was a tour company right in front of the hotel, and the ski resort was nearby, so there were lots of things to do and it was convenient.

We stayed in an igloo. Although it was cloudy and we couldn't see the aurora, we felt very peaceful and relaxed when we lay in bed and looked up at the sky and the surrounding environment. The receptionist was very friendly and proactive in helping us. When we took photos by the stove, she took the initiative to light the firewood, which added to the atmosphere.

the service is good and relaxed, the staff are relaxed, normal people. food good, hamburger and salmon pasta were tasty, breakfast good and sufficient. The room is clean and the sauna is nice after visiting the tundra. I recommend this hotel.

Nice staff, pleasant breakfast, and seeing the aurora borealis while lying in bed is an incredible experience. But it still can't quite justify the price. Quite a few short black hairs on the pillow (neither my wife, nor I have black hair) and if you don't get an igloo at the edge of the property, the light pollution is probably too bad to see much. A shame that a hotel that advertises seeing the northern lights doesn't at least dim the outdoor lights after 10pm (or put them on a movement sensor?).

A nice experience but definitely not worth the exorbitant price, particularly considering the basic nature of the property and amenities. What isn’t shown in the advertising photos is the proximity to other igloos and to the road. Due to this there is plenty of unnatural light which obviously impacts the stargazing/aurora experience.

Séjour à 3 avec une ado de 16 ans. Hôtel très calme. Les chambres standards sont agréables ( 3 nuits) avec un sauna privatif et l'igloo ( 1 nuit) est très cosy et cela doit être merveilleux si vous avez la chance de voir un ciel étoilé et des aurores boréales. Au niveau du personnel, équipe très discrète mais toujours bien attentionnée toujours à l'écoute. Au niveau de la formule 1/2 pension, petit déjeuner varié et menu du soir imposé très bon ( vous pouvez changer si besoin " en payant" mais franchement pas nécessaire). Hôtel très bien placé à proximité immédiate du départ des activités. Bref une parenthèse magique rien à redire
