Keep scrolling, do not book with these people. They switched our condo the week before arrival saying it was an “upgrade”. The carpet was nasty, the bed smelled horrible and only one window would open and no A/C. It was so hot in the condo it was unbearable during the day. We would stay gone until 10 pm and come back and try to sleep. It was 87 degrees both nites and in the 90’s in the loft. I messaged the front desk the first nite but they never responded. We would have left after the first nite but with it being a holiday weekend we could find nothing affordable available in the area.

Our apartment was very nice and had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. My rating was good mainly because the check-in location was difficult to find, especially since we were tired from traveling. Lots of hills if you walk around to property!

Location location location. If you're in Aspen for some quality laps this is the unit for you. A few hundred feet from the slopes, a few hundred feet from all the shops and food, and no real need to get in the car once you arrive. 10/10 would come back again.

I have been coming to Snowmass for 30 years on and off in the first week of spring. L13 is the second best place I have stayed and the best priced.
The condo had everything we (4adults) wanted. It is close to the mountain and transportation. Clean and well serviced. The CT shuttle was very helpful

Beautiful apartment. Well appointed and comfortable. Would definitely like to stay at this condo again. Super clean. Recently re-decorated and upgraded. Two bedroom, two bathroom with a washer/dryer, full kitchen. Very helpful when many restaurants are closed during the off season.

We had a great stay at the Aspenwood! Our condo was spacious, with comfortable couches and the kitchen was well stocked. We were very pleased! The proximity to the slopes was fantastic as well.
