The room was not clean. There were ants, the surfaces had something smeared on them and the carpet was gross. The tv in the room couldn’t get channels; yet the lobby tv had service. McDonalds has a better breakfast.

Staff was amazing. The hot tub was out of order and the pool we were told was heated to 87 was maybe 65 degrees at best. It was freezing! Otherwise, the breakfast was good and the staff was beyond welcoming and friendly.

It was ok for one night. Hotel needs updating, especially the carpet. The ice machine leaked water all over the floor. When we checked in, we had to look for the staff, she was nowhere to be found

Stayed for an entire week in a suite - they did not clean the room a single time even after multiple requests. Refused to bring more towels, etc. front desk was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Finally just started leaving the trash outside the door as that was the only way they’d pick it up. Staff was using the carts and wouldn’t let us use them until we got fed up and told then that they can bring up our luggage then.. we have literally stayed at this location a dozen times in the past and never had an issue, but it was bad enough that we will never be back or recommend it to anyone else.

Could have been cleaner. Water hose outside left out for people to trip on. Only time I saw any staff was at check in and breakfast. Suite was very small, pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was mediocre. No hottub. Needs new carpeting. Towels were big and thick.

Unfortunately we were in a situation where we needed to book a room at the last minute because our route was blocked by a train. Had we not been stuck I would not have booked a $150 room for the night. The refrigerator was unplugged when we arrived. I plugged it in and it made a lot of noise all night long. It needs to be replaced.

Hard beds and pushy to get us out way before time. Everything was fine except the beds were super hard. Also, cleaning ladies knocked at the door at 8:30. Then a phone call at 9:30 to let me know that we needed to be out at 11. We already planned on getting out before 11. We came up for a funeral that started at 11. 11 not 8:30 or to disturb us again at 9:30. We will never stay there again.
