Overall very nice stay. The room was clean, updated. The only issue was we had a Patio King and the bathroom doesn't have a walk in shower and the step over tub to take shower is high and would be hard with any mobility issue. The dining is very good, the valet team is top notch and the staff is so super nice and helpful. The early a.m. coffee in the lobby is much appreciated coming from the East coast and early wake up times as the Brunch opens at 8 am.

We spent two nights at Salish Lodge & Spa while vacationing in the greater Seattle area. We attended a wedding at The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge and Salish was the perfect spot to unwind before and after the wedding. I’ve traveled tons of miles on business and for pleasure for several decades and Salish, by far, has the best service staff I’ve ever met. From valet to checking out at the end of our stay, they were extremely attentive, accommodating and friendly. The 2nd night, we stayed in the spa level, one bedroom falls king suite. It’s the most amazing suite on property and was featured in Travel + Leisure as the No. 1 Best Hotel in the West article. Our balcony overlooked and sat atop the Snoqualmie Falls! We had champagne and cocktails on the veranda overlooking the falls before the wedding and found it difficult to leave the sliding door closed to the veranda because we so enjoyed the thunderous sound of the falls spilling into every nook and cranny of the various rooms in the suite. If you’re ever able to book this room, we highly recommend doing so! Without a doubt, it’s money well spent! Our 6 year old daughter took an hour and half long bath and spent her time mixing pretend facial scrubs and body lotion concoctions - love it! Thank you Salish staff and management for an experience we will never take for granted or soon forget. You’re all wonderfully amazing!

I was always a big Twin Peaks fan. I lived in Seattle in the 90s when the show was popular - funny I just fact checked myself to find it was only on for 2 seasons. It punched so high above its weight class. At any rate, I’d visited Snoqualmie falls many times then. It is such a beautiful place. I don’t think I ever ate at the lodge so this trip I wanted to show Ryne the beautiful falls and figured why not eat lunch to round things out. It’s a scenic 45 minute drive from downtown Seattle. Service got off to a very slow start but this was acknowledged and service was otherwise ok. I had the seafood Cobb which was good. Ryne had fish and chips. From looking around it seems the best choice might have been the burger. We only had lunch but the thought occurred given the menu of services that staying there for a couple of days would be nice. The other thing that occurred to me was how much it seemed the same as the mythical lodge portrayed in that mythical show.

Salish Lodge & Spa offers a luxurious stay and a top tier customer experience. The rooms are exceptionally cozy and clean. The Restaurant has gorgeous views and gourmet food with local ingredients, such as foraged mushrooms and fiddlehead ferns. The Spa is a dream, especially the soaking pools, and the massage therapists are very skilled. All staff are friendly and eager to support you during your stay and offer thoughtful packages to enhance your visit. Our favorite part about Salish is its proximity to nature in a respectful, not invasive, way. We love how the Lodge incorporates the views of Snoqualmie Falls and access to the trail while maintaining privacy for the Lodge guests. The trail, Snoqualmie River, and surrounding area are well cared for and respected. We initially came to this resort because of its connection with the show Twin Peaks. We found that it has so much more to offer than a picturesque photo-op. It is the ideal romantic or solo getaway for those who love nature and luxury. We can’t wait to return.

Let's prioritise the good bits - this is a stunning hotel, with incredible rooms in an amazing location. It's absolutely worth every penny - I've been in more expensive hotels than this one that don't come close to the experience we had here. The restaurant is great, if slightly overpriced, and the customer service is mostly superb. There's a pourover coffee setup in the room with decent coffee - as a coffee snob this definitely puts them in my good books! We had a few issues with customer service which made us feel slightly awkward. In our welcome letter, we had been given a dinner reservation and $100 credit as part of our package. However, after getting ready for dinner and heading to the restaurant there was no trace of the booking. I had to go back to the room and retrieve the letter before they'd make a table for us. On check out I made a point of checking the bill and sure enough the $100 credit had not been applied. Once again I had to show them the same letter they'd given me on arrival before they'd apply it to the bill (luckily I'd made a point of keeping the letter after the booking error!). Two fairly minor errors, but both ones that left me feeling a bit uncomfortable and could have ended up with me being out of pocket. Overall, fully recommended, but keep evidence of any bookings etc in case you have to prove anything to the staff.

The Salish Lodge is impeccably maintained and is really beautiful with friendly staff who is willing to assist in any way - kudos for their professional workers ! "The Restaurant " food quality was excellent. Properly cooked and seasoned and presented beautifully. The minus was that the service was slow (40 minutes to get our soups) and despite dining indoors, we had to contend with flies. We had high expectations for the spa. What surprised us was that the staff advises that we had to shower and change into our robes in our room before arriving at the spa for our massage appointments. There are no saunas, steam rooms or jacuzzi tubs to enjoy before or after our spa treatments. Should you want to relax in a jacuzzi, you have to reserve a time and it pay an additional $75. Our treatments were excellent, but thought that the caffeinated treated in the lounge were a bit of an odd offering at a spa. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Salish Lodge and will recommend experiencing it to others. There were just a few things here and there that could have been a bit better. The scenery is spectacular.
