From the front door, lobby, elevators and of course, THE ROOM - LUX! Black satin, black marble counter tops.... just lux! You are going to love it! The staff are very courtesy and responsive.

It was a splendid stay at the Thompson Atlanta. The staff was excellent and good options were great! The vibe and area were ideal.

From the moment I arrived at Thompson Buckhead, the customer service stood out far beyond the beautiful décor and upscale vibe. What made this stay truly memorable were the people. Jessica 😇 at the front desk was a constant highlight. From check-in to every passing moment throughout my stay, she was warm, attentive, and made me feel like more than just a guest. Her consistency and professionalism were refreshing and deeply appreciated. But the moment that truly blew me away came around 4 a.m., when I woke up not feeling well. I called the front desk to ask about an on-site market for medicine, but none was available. I placed an Instacart order — and to my surprise, Bert, the morning manager on duty, personally brought it to my room. With no security available at that hour, he took the time to ensure I had what I needed. That kind of care is rare. The housekeeping team also deserves a round of applause. My room was flawlessly refreshed every single day, and their attention to detail never wavered. So often, we speak up when things go wrong. This time, I’m speaking up because they got it right. 😇

Valet did amazing! Was so happy they found a spot for my car. They did a great job and I cannot begin to say how happy I am with their service.

This will be my go to hotel whenever I come to ATL. This location was drop dead gorgeous first of all. The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. Due to it being all star weekend, Beyoncé concert, and a conference, staff were slammed but they were still so friendly and so helpful. Special shoutout to Megan and Sukki for their customer service. The rooms were clean and I had an excellent view of the city. Room service was fast and the food was amazing. Overall my stay was a 20/10!! Can’t complain.

The staff was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Randy (the hotel driver) was professional and very likable. The room was fabulous and my husband loved the water pressure in the shower! The bar cocktails and the restaurant food was top tier! We will be returning…
