Mijn man had de boerenschnitzel. Helaas was deze een beetje droog. De broccoli was koud en hard Ik had gerookte entrecote. Het was meer ruccola dan vlees. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk.

Wij hadden voor vier nachten geboekt. Was tegen een topprijs via van de Valk zelf! Viel erg tegen . Bloedheet in de kamer. Airco deed het niet. Nieuw kamer gekregen , daar deed de airco het ook niet. Vlier bedekking vol met vlekken. Onder het bed lag met vieze troep. Ook was ineens natte toiletpapier gestolen! En dan niets zeggen. Laatste keer hier geweest.

This hotel certainly has the wow factor. There were 16 of us and the check in for rooms was quick and organised. Rooms are very spacious and all of the group had views over the lake. Food was excellent, with plenty of choice for both breakfast and evening meal. All the staff were helpful and polite.

Very nice stay!!! The hotel was under renovations but still kept divinely clean and attractive! Staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Great place to stay!

Gelegen net buiten de drukte van de stad. tegen de snelweg aan. Je hoort binnen niets van de snelweg, behalve als een asociale berijder op een motor zijn brulpijp open trekt. Grote parking waar de vakken net niet zijn afgestemd op moderne auto's, de vakken zijn te smal, schade aan de deuren door opengegooide deuren van andere parkeerders is groot. De kamers zijn ruim, de bedden geweldig. Het ontbijt is van der Valk vertrouwd en ruim.

Large bedrooms and bathrooms are a plus. Not walkable to town but car psrk very safe and you can hire a bike from reception if youre fed up driving
