2016年曾經入住過一次, 今次第二次入住。隔了這麼多年裝修設備沒有改變, 顯得有點陳舊, 不過所有東西都是清潔乾淨的! 健身室的設備也很足夠! 步行距離也有不少食店, 我會推薦旁邊的pizza。

The hotel has a good location and environment, but the software is a bit poor. We booked two rooms, but there was only one room when we arrived at 11pm. Then they said it was full, so we had to squeeze into one room for three people. The breakfast was very poor, and it was the configuration of a budget hotel.

The staff were exceptional. Mirela did a fabulous job, as did Felisha as they both made my check in experience a breeze. They made sure to recognize my globalist status and treated me as an incredibly valued customer. Can't really ask for more than that. The suite we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. All around 10 out of 10!

Bar and kitchen staff was great, really good Wings and Old Fashion. Comfortable bedding, room was well prepared upon my arrival.

Everything was beautiful and clean! Staff were friendly and helpful! There was privacy, quiet places to hide in nature, and great photo opportunities! We walked to Mellow Mushroom, and less than 20 minutes drive to Six Flags and White Water! Felt quiet and safe!

In town for a Braves game, had a very good stay at the Hyatt. King suite offered lots of room with the separate living area, very comfortable. This hotel is a good option when going to a game. The stadium is close & there is a shuttle if you don’t want to drive to Truist. We opted to drive to the stadium, pre-purchased parking for Lot 44 ($27) & fairly easy walk to the stadium. You take back roads from the hotel to lot 44 & are able to avoid lots of traffic. This was great especially when leaving the stadium. Overall, satisfied with the Hyatt & would stay agin for future games.

Front desk was not attentive during my arrival, as a matter of fact, one of the desk agent was shopping for shoes and the other was doing something with her computer ( I could not see the screen) that's why my check in was delayed. The lady who checked me in didn't provide directions to the elevator or parking. As well, the hotel was under renovation which I was not told during my reservation booking.

I love the location of this hotel but was disappointed not to know in advance that they were under construction. I would have eaten at the restaurant more often but not alot of selections, and the prices were high on the healthy options. Also, we all know that warm weather starts alot earlier in the south and it would have been nice to enjoy the pool and outdoor seating when I arrived after work each evening but they just use the convenient "we only have the pool open during the season. Memerial Day through Labor Day". With all that said, their staff is very friendly and the Gym is great!
