Quiet and clean and affordable. Lots of shopping and restaurant options nearby. Continental breakfast was good with a number of options and was well stocked.

The man who checked us in was rude and unfriendly. Can’t believe this is the first complaint that you have received about him. Also, the tub filler was loose from the wall, the hairdryer didn’t work, and the bath towels were old a very thin.

It was good.

The area was quite dark. The bed pillows need to be replaced, odor and stains.

Upon checking in to the hotel, no one was at the counter. After waiting a young man came out to assist me. He was not rude, but was not friendly-almost non social, He had AirPods in and then mumbled a few sentences. After asking several times to repeat himself, and filling out unnecessary paperwork(everything should be digital since I reserved the room online), I was able to get my keys. The room itself was alright, a little dated but mostly clean. The next morning we went down to breakfast to find very little food out. It was 8:30am. The same young man had apparently started cleaning up at 8:00am as he was not aware of the time change. After showing him my watch and he did manage to get a few items back out. We were not the only ones to inform him of the time change. He seemed to be the only employee there. I just have never had an experience like this at a hotel. No service, just blank stares and incompetence.

Check-in clerk was unfriendly. Gave us our key and walked away. Breakfast had only a few eggs and one sausage available even though there was over an hour left on the stated service times. no one ever came out to check on the food and no one was at the counter to check out
