Отель хороший,останавливались тут уже второй раз. Персонал доброжелательный,все чисто и уютно.Удобно что два ресторана прямо в здании отеля.Можно заказать доставку в номер,быстро. Завтраки классные, есть спа!
Что касается спа,то он небольшой. Все бы ничего,если бы люди вели себя как положенно. Дети и их отцы под 100кг. прыгают с бортика бассейна и эти брызги разлетаются по всему периметру,в том числе и на личные вещи.Хотя на каждой стене висит знак,что прыгать запрещено!!!

Отличный отель, очень чисто в номере. Завтрак шикарный!! Единственное к СПА вопросы , но я думаю это из-за выходных просто очень много людей.

Кроме расположения отеля других достоинств просьо нет. Комплектация номера не соответствует заявленной. Если приехали на несколько дней берите с собой гели , шампуни и прочее. В ванной отсутствует полотенце сушитель, будьте готовы вытираться мокрым полотенцем. В душе нет дверей в душевой кабинкепросто нет.Отсутствие мини бара в номер, теоретически он есть, но пустой. Был неприятный инцидент при заселении по вине отеля, извинения ждём до сих пор. Завтрак от слова вообще ни о чем. За сумму оплаченную за четверых можно плотно пообедать в любом ресторане города, рекомендую учесть, если планируете остановиться в этом отеле. На этаже была репитиция группы гимнасток также будьте к этому готовы)), потом приехали футболисты, спасибо, что они занимались в тренажёрном зале . Коротко: за эти же деньги семьей для отдыха рекомендую выбрать другой отель с более высоким уровнем сервиса. Они есть , отдыхали в январе этого года. Сейчас решили отметить день рождения в Мегополисе и пожалели . Фото из номера, как подтверждение нашего прибывания в отеле.

Отличный отель, вежливый персонал. Новый номерной фонд, качественная уборка номеров. Хорошая спа-зона с бассейном, хамамом, сауной. Отличный панорамный ресторан, с качественной и вкусной едой. Подогрев полов в ванной комнате, интернет тв и wifi в номере. Расположение в центре города.

Отзыв от чистого сердца. Очень понравился отель в Смоленске. Милый и уютный отель. Номер чистый + окно в ванной 😍.Девушки на ресепшене приветливые и добрые. Из недостатков некомфортно в ванной принимать душ. Помыться возможно, но очень аккуратно иначе будет все мокрое вокруг. И вода плохо уходит в сливе.
