Останавливаюсь в отеле не первый раз. Все супер! Хотела бы отметить пару моментов: что в прошлый раз было разнообразие по дням завтрака: на какой то день были отличия.Сейчас меню было одинаковым. Возможно просто его расширили, чтобы не менять. Однако сам состав блюд очень разнообразен , все оч вкусно!
Также есть момент с открыванием окон, окно можно закрыть, но для открывания нужен крепкий мужчина. Возможно в будущем, будет замена стеклопакетов и этот нюанс смогут учесть при перепроектировнии.
Все как и раньше, на высоте. С удовольствием про случае остановлюсь снова в лучшем отеле города!

Отель хороший,останавливались тут уже второй раз. Персонал доброжелательный,все чисто и уютно.Удобно что два ресторана прямо в здании отеля.Можно заказать доставку в номер,быстро. Завтраки классные, есть спа!
Что касается спа,то он небольшой. Все бы ничего,если бы люди вели себя как положенно. Дети и их отцы под 100кг. прыгают с бортика бассейна и эти брызги разлетаются по всему периметру,в том числе и на личные вещи.Хотя на каждой стене висит знак,что прыгать запрещено!!!

Путешествовали с мужем по Беларуси. На обратном пути решили остановиться с ночлегом в Смоленске, и наш выбор пал на этот отель. Я ещё никогда не видела настолько высокого уровня. Номер почти как целая квартира. В номере имеется все необходимое:тапочки, мыльные принадлежности, зубные наборы, чайник и тд. Лифт, который везёт только тебя, так как вызывая его он повезёт только на твой этаж. Так же есть своя парковка, правда не большая. Очень вкусные завтраки, нигде не видела на завтрак красную рыбку. Даже алкоголь с утра присутствует. А также интересные десертики. Атмосферное местечко. Заодно успели немного посмотреть красивый город Смоленск.

Достаточно новый отель с просторными номерами. Останавливались в номере стандарт на 6 этаже. В целом, неплохое впечатление от отеля, но есть много нюансов. С первого взгляда номер кажется хорошо убранным, однако на на столе на коробке с салфетками густой слой крупной белой пыли, а в раковине обнаружился длинный рыжий волос, уж точно не наш. Оснащение номера очень хорошее, но номер душноват. Кондиционер работает хорошо, но он так установлен, что в одной части номера, у окна, прохладно, а противоположной части, где кровать, очень душно. В нашем номере открывались окна, но висело предупреждение о комарах в ночное время. Знаю, что в ряде номеров окна вообще не открываются. Удобные кровати, хорошее белье, мягкие полотенца и новые халаты. Интересные лифты. Парковка расположена на некотором расстоянии от отеля, надо обходить стройку. Предлагают парковаться рядом на городских парковках, вечером припарковаться нелегко. Завтрак по системе шведский стол сервируется в ресторане Честер на 2 этаже. Завтрак очень хороший, но в рабочие дни только с 7.00 до 10.00, можно бы было расширить временной интервал. Ужинали также в ресторане Честер, все понравилось, неплохая кухня, быстрая подача блюд, внимательные официанты. Весьма оригинальное расположение для гостиницы - напротив тюрьмы, да и до центра далековато.
