Ужасный отель, не рекомендую!
Остановилась в этом отеле, и это был настоящий кошмар. Горячей воды вообще не было! Приходилось мыться холодной водой, что абсолютно неприемлемо, особенно в зимний период. Номер был ужасный — постоянно пахло кухней, такой запах стоял везде, будто ты находишься прямо в самом центре кухни.
Завтрак — это нечто ужасное! Всё было невкусное, а на кухне летали мухи, что просто отвратительно и неприемлемо для любого отеля.
Обслуживание тоже оставляет желать лучшего. В целом, это место точно не стоит своих денег. Я не рекомендую этот отель! Плохие условия, антисанитария и ужасный сервис.

類似於鄉村旅館，在斯摩稜斯克已經是算不錯的啦，距離火車站很近，步行20分鐘就能到達，餐廳的蔬菜沙拉特別好吃。

Приехали с семьей в Смоленск, погуляли по городу и нужно было выбрать отель переночевать. Открыв карту цен, в наш бюджет получился именно этот отель, да еще недалеко от центра. В итоге приехав туда и зайдя в номер, были приятно ошарашены. Большой отличный номер с двумя кроватями, массажером ног и кресло-качалкой-массажером. В итоге отлично провели вечер и ночь. Про завтрак вообще молчу, мега сытно и вкусно. Небольшие минусы - шум по ночам от дороги и отсутствие магазинов в ближайшей видимости от отеля. Рекомендую.

Отель понравился. Приветливый персонал, хороший завтрак и номер не плох. Оценку снизила за плохую шумоизоляцию между этажами ( если сверху кто- то топчется, то такое ощущение, что стадо слонов). И сделайте что- то с простынями. Не реально класть на скользкий наматрасник простынь размером с матрас, нужна простынь на резинке или гораздо большего размера, а то все гости спят на одном наматраснике. В остальном все мило.

Отель полный совок! Отношения к людям вообще никакое. Забронировали 3-х местный номер только на взрослых, поселили в 2-х местный и поставили хиленькую раскладушку, на которую сели один раз и сразу сломалась, лежать взрослосу человеку на ней нельзя, матрас вообще никакой на ней. Раскладушка как будто для ребенка. На просьбу что-то сделать ничего не сказали «мы ничего слелать не можем» -ужас. Деньги были заплачены не маленькие за 2 дня и что мы за это получаем, испорченное настроение и испорченые выходеые! Мини бар лежит в номере, но за него заплатите, чтобы воспользоваться, ЦИРК, а не отель. И это 4-х звездочный отель! Отвратительно! Все отзывы в яндекс -покупные! Так как за них можно получить маленькую бутылочку шампанского😂Так что люди не ведитесь на хорошие отзывы, все это ПОКУПНОЕ!

Самый лучший отель в котором я останавливалась. Шикарно, уютно, тепло, тихо, что важно для меня. Вежливый персонал. Все продумано для удобного проживания. В номере чайник, холодильник.Чистота кругом, удобное расположение (10 минут пешком до вокзала). Спасибо за прекрасно проведенный день. Рекомендую и однозначно еще вернусь.

Номер 17-«полулюкс», заехали 23 августа 2023г. Вечером хотели помыться- воды нет (от слова вообще). В час ночи пошла вода, но очень тонкой струйкой. 24.08.2023 в 7-00 попробовал помыться, вода идет еле-еле и то горячая, то холодная. Спустился не рецепшн и на вопрос -что с водой, получил гениальный ответ, ну ведь не только вы моетесь. Никому не советую пользоваться этим «отелем».
