The rooms under Marriott are all about the same, quite satisfactory, and the location is relatively remote. There are no businesses nearby, and it feels like such a hotel suddenly appeared in the forest.

We stayed at the Residence Inn, Lincoln RI for a quick overnight. We checked in online and found out our room was ready around 1PM. The hotel opened during the pandemic (2021) and still looked brand new. The room is very modern looking. Laid out perfectly. Even the power outlets were in the right placed. There was no issues with the room. In the morning, we did enjoy the free hot breakfast buffet. It had your standard stuff like eggs, omelets, pancakes and waffles. What I was surprised to find was bacon. Ever since the pandemic, and cost cutting measures, it seemed bacon was being left out. But this hotel did have it. Although we didn't use the pool, it looked nice. The kids enjoyed the sports court. There is a large grocery store, Mall, Target and other stores right up the hill. We would stay here again, if our travels bring us in the area. Thanks!

Spent 10 nights at the Residence Inn in Lincoln and enjoyed every minute. The property is in an excellent location. Short drive to downtown Providence, next to Stop and Shop, and right off 146 for easy Massachusetts access. During my stay it snowed twice, and management was quick to get walkways cleared and lot plowed. They even had a snow brush to use for guests at front desk. Staff was excellent and very friendly. The room was large, contemporary in decor and had everything you needed for longer stay. Bed was super comfy. Only two complaints: kitchen trash can is way too small and water pressure in shower was fair. I used the gym every morning and was the only one there. I did not use the pool, but other guests seemed to enjoy it. Will definitely stay again when visiting family.

This place is just a home away from home! I was going through a bad time with a flood at home and stayed here. Everything is absolutely spotless, everyone is friendly and helpful and honestly I couldn’thave asked for a better place to be or more helpful people. The pool was the bonus and it’s open until 10 ❤️

I have used this hotel on two occasions and also had visting family (who are very fussy when it comes to hotels) stay here. The property physical plant is excellent ... very new, modern and impeccably maintained. The customer service from the entire staff -- from management, front desk to the building staff and morning breakfast set-up -- was uniformly excellent. Polite, friendly, and ever helpful. And the location is incredibly convenient with a supermarket and food options across the street. All and all the perfect hotel experience from what is clearly a well managed property. Highly recommended!

Hotel was very nice. Room is big and clean. Property is well maintained. The kitchen is a nice have and we were happy in general. The only issue is the sofa bed. They need to get new ones as every spring can be felt. Please. We spent way too much money to have springs digging into our backs and sides while we try to sleep. We travel a lot and this is by far the worst sofa bed mattress we have come across.
