Like many other hotels, this one has the mirror and sink and all that in the same room as the toilet and shower. Makes it harder for people to beautify while someone needs the bathroom. However, the room was roomy. And it was clean. Our room didn't have very good A/C. We ended up needing to keep a window open for fresh air. The refrigerator and freezer were great. When we checked in, we were advised that the pool and hot tub were inoperable. Yikes. With three kids, that's kind of a game-changer. We would have just stayed north or south of here in order to do that. That was a huge disappointment. We did need a rollaway and we were advised that it was normally $25 but the charge was waived by Ame due to hassle of not having a pool. The charge should really be on the website. But I was grateful for her good sense about customer service. I would definitely stay here again.

We have been traveling for 2 weeks and stayed in several 4 star hotels. This was by far the nicest. New, clean, wonderful beds, shower and linens top notch. Food was good in the Lucky Seven Cafe. They serve a steak breakfast for $7.77 Friendly staff. Recommend to all travelers.

Hotel felt and looked brand new. Room was clean and the bed was wonderful! Only thing was that restaurant closed at 9 pm. I was so busy losing all my money that I lost track of time. Would definitely stay here again!

This a great place to stay if you're visiting Redwoods National Park or exploring the southern Oregon Coast. Besides being clean and comfortable, the staff is professional helpful. One nice addition are the private outside balconies for those who smoke. Instead of having to walk off to the hinterlands to smoke, the hotel has taken into consideration those who smoke, not relegating them to 2nd class citizens. A Great Plus!
