Niesamowity kompleks wypoczynkowy z mnóstwem atrakcji. Polecam zarówno dla par jak i rodzin z dziećmi. Tutaj nie można się nudzić. Hotel i obsługa na wysokim poziomie. Lokalizacja rewelacyjna, natura dookoła. Dodatkowo zimowa aura, która dopisała podczas pobytu, podwoiła wrażenia do tego stopnia, że chętnie tutaj wrócimy w porze letniej. Imponujący kompleks Bali (w budowie) jeszcze bardziej zwiększy atrakcyjność tego miejsca, przenosząc gości w klimaty Indonezji. Gratuluję wizjonerstwa i wytrwałości w realizacji.

We will return
We had a nice stay. The rooms are a bit gloomy with dark heavy furniture, but it is a very pretty building in the snow. There was no cold water in the bathroom, perhaps the cold water pipes are not insulated sufficiently from the heating or the hot water ones.

Great place to stay at with great personal
It was a nice place. Great service and a nice personal that was very helpful. Could take our babygirl to the pool with no problems. Food at the restaurant was very good.
We are planning that our next trip in northern Poland we will stay here again.

Ogólnie oceniam pozytywnie. Miła obsługa, dobre jedzenie, dużo możliwości aktywnego spędzania czasu szczególnie z dzieckiem. Dużo animacji - tu podziękowania dla Pań Animatorek z jedną sugestią- było zdecydowanie za głośno - muzyka puszczana w sali czy na basanie w trakcie animacji za głośna, dzieci się nie słyszały, również uważam, że zdecydowanie niepotrzebne były światła stroboskopowe w trakcie mini disco - dzieciaki po godzinie były po prostu przebodźcowane... Na minus - obiekt generalnie już trącony zębem czasu. Przydałoby się trochę odnowić hotel. Brak klimatyzacji, małe pokoje standardowe - twin z balkonem dla pary z dzieckiem jest już za ciasny. TV w pokojach stare bez funkcji Smart z niezrozumiałym układem kanałów.

Ogólny brud. Wyposażenie zniszczone. Nie chodzi o to, że obiekt ma swoje lata - tak po prostu się nie sprząta. Byłem noc i nie zostałbym kolejnej. Cena jak za hotel ***** a warunki jak na dworcu. Najgorsze jest to, że nikt z obsługi za bardzo się tym nie przejmuje.

Nasz pierwszy i na pewni ostatni pobyt w tym osrodku, rozpoczelismy od zamieszkania w domku na drzewie. O ile teren ma podobno 120 ha, to domki sa zbyt blisko siebie. Dojazd do domu przez osrodek to juz przygoda sama w sobie. Cuchnące sciekami z pomieszczen socjalnych mokradła nie zachecaja do spacerow w tym rejonie. Technicznie wszystko mam wrazenie sie sypie…. Domek w reklamowce okreslany jaki „luksusowy” nie posiada aneksu kuchennego, tylko namiastke szafki z lodowka, rodem z przyczepy kempingowej… Zdjecie ponizej. Szkoda. To miejsce moze i kiedys bylo perełką, ale ktoś ją mocno zaniedbał.

Niestety nie można dać zera… strata pieniędzy i jedno wielkie rozczarowanie. Brudne wykładziny w pokojach, dziurawe zasłony, obdrapane ściany to i tak najmniejsze z rozczarowań jakie nas tu spotkało. Przereklamowane, przestarzałe zaniedbane miejsce. Fatalna kuchnia - trują ludzi, szczególnie uważajcie korzystając z Gościńca - stare ociekające tłuszczem nieświeże jedzenie - zaszkodziło dziecku i dorosłym. Obsługa chyba z łapanki, brak klimatyzacji w pokojach oraz w salach zabaw dla dzieci - nie ma czym oddychać, chrońcie siebie i swoje dzieci przed wakacyjnym koszmarem w tym miejscu.
