Premier Inn Slough West (Slough Trading Estate)

Lovely premier Inn free parking across the road didn’t have much interaction with the staff. Room was lovely bed was massive even with a 6ft 3 sleeping in it ! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The hotel was easy to find and the multi story car park was very close to the hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely and very welcoming, breakfast had a wonderful choice and was delicious. The rooms were clean with amazing air conditioning and super comfy beds. All creating a perfect environment before our trip to Legoland the next day. This is a Great place to stay with a family as a base to explore the surrounding attractions.

No one Ever answers reception phone. Tried ringing for 3 hours no one answered just automatic message to call back !!!!!

Had a really good one-night stay! Special thanks to Roysie on reception super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Absolutely loved the Smokey Big Stack Burger the onion rings were delicious, cooked perfectly by Chef Hassan. Must try Summer BATTLE OF THE BURGERS Big shout-out to Nikola, who was amazing and always had a smile on her face. Cheryl did a great job managing a busy breakfast Really impressed with how well-stocked and generous the buffet was. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean. Thanks again to the whole Premier inn team – a very pleasant stay all around!

Very disappointed. 4th time here and found standards have fallen badly . Room was fine but sticky dirty floors, bad customer service. Dangerous broken glass that was reported on arrival but still there when we left. Chaotic restaurant, tables not cleared long queues to be seated. No clean cups available for hot drinks until after we finished eating. Asked for iron and ironing board, given to us in reception so we had to transport them to our room ( two pension aged ladies). Never had a stay like it anywhere
