The hotel room was spacious and bright. We had the hottest Irish day in 3 years which was fantastic but it overheated the room and took until late evening to cool off as there is no aircon. Room service was excellent but there seemed to be too few staff in the restaurant to keep the breakfast supplies constantly full. Food was great. Overall a great place to stay.

Not impressed. Probably one of the worst hotels stays I’ve ever had. Stayed here for my anniversary which the hotel was made aware of. When we got to our room 407 for future reference for anyone else. It was absolutely freezing and I mean freezing. The radiators weren’t on at all and they were locked (electric) I had to ring reception and they unlocked them from the desk. At this point we actually had to leave the hotel it was that cold and take a walk over to town whilst it hopefully heated up. At which point I actually bought a dressing gown to try keep me warm. The room heated up but the extremely tiny bathroom was still like ice. The shower water was luke warm at best. The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on I use the word sleep lightly up to the point I woke up with a sore neck. The sleep I did manage to get was disturbed by a banging like noise that went on for a few minutes every maybe 20 minutes. I don’t know if this was a vent, pipe a boiler or something. But the worst part of all was when I untucked the bed sheet there was blood on them looked like someone had cut their finger. Wasn’t ours. Upon this point it was late I just used my thankfully purchased dressing gown as a blanket. Extremely disappointed. €140+€12 for parking. No breakfast included in that price. Not even a shower cap in the room which is usually standard. And no iron like stated. Reception didn’t even ask how are stay was just took the room keys off me. This says it all.

I stayed at The Address Sligo Hotel recently and overall my experience was very good. The room was neat and clean, and the reception staff were helpful. A special mention to Mr. Hari Om Singh - he was extremely supportive and professional. I’m sure he will go far in his career. I also had a chance to eat at their restaurant, North, and the food was delicious. The manager and the whole team there were very friendly and welcoming, which made the dining experience even better. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.
